My head was POUNDING. I never really got injuries as a kid and I definitely didn't get injuries in hockey. A concussion was like a major headache. "Owwww." I groaned as my door opened. "You okay?" Kasperi asked. I nodded. "I'll be okay. I'm just really anxious and kinda sad right now." "Why?" Kappy asked, his eyebrows drooping. "No reason in particular." I muttered. He nodded and left me to my own sorrows.
I thought about what had happened when I was thirteen and I shook the sad feelings away.
"Never again." I muttered to myself. I really hoped I wasn't lying.
