Chapter 10

Chapter 10: Michael’s P.OV.

I walked out of Sam’s house smiling to myself. I was very surprised she said yes. I looked up and over at my house. Luke was sitting on my front steps.

“Luke! What the hell happened?” I asked.

“I got suspended for five days. Bloodied and bruised his nose.”

“God mate. What were you thinking?”

“That someone needed to put him in his place!” Luke yelled.

“Alright. Alright. Take it down some mate. Have you talked to Linzie and made sure she was okay?”

“Yeah. I went to her house before stopping here. Her arm has a bruise from his thumb. She’s going to press charges. But besides that she’s okay.”

“And you? Are you ok?”

“Yeah. Not a mark on me.”

“So she’s done with him?”

“Yeah I think so.” I smiled at him and sent him a wink making him blush. “Did Sam like your prom thing?”

“Yeah man. She loved it.”

“She said yes?”

“Yeah.”

“Awesome man!”

I laughed. “Now you just need to get Linzie to go with you.”

“I don’t know it might be too soon.”

“You never know.”

“We’ll see.” He smiled.

Sam’s P.O.V.

            That Saturday I called the girls up too see if they wanted to go dress shopping with me. Of course they did. Prom was only a week from today.

“OH MY GOD! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT CALUM HOOD ASKED ME TO PROM?!” Shay yelled.

“Yes.” We all replied.

“What? How?” She asked.

“Because he’s in love with the fact that you’re in love with him.” Linz told her.

“So he doesn’t like me?”

“No. No. That’s not what she’s saying. He does like you but he also likes the fact that you have a giant crush on him.” I told her.

“… It’s not that big,” Shay defended herself.

“Hun it’s bigger than the great wall of China.” Vanessa said. 

“It’s that obvious?”

“Like a love sick puppy.” – Linz

“Well… do you blame me?”

“No.” We all laughed.

“Vanessa has Ashton asked you yet?” I asked. I mean it’s quite obvious he did. They haven’t really been apart for the past six months.

“He asked me three months ago.”

“Figures.” Shay muttered.

“Why don’t you guys just date already?” Linz asked.

“We don’t want to ruin a good friendship.”

“I call bull.” I yelled. “You guys do everything else a couple does. Why not making it official already?” She shrugged not answering.

“Linz, you’re going with Luke right?” Vanessa asked changing the subject.

“Um… I haven’t decided yet.”

“Well you best get deciding!” I yelled. She sighed shaking her head. “What’s wrong?”

“Nothing. Just that Luke is a really great guy.”

“And?”

“And I don’t want to hurt him.”

“Then don’t. But going to prom with him isn’t going to hurt him. You’ll make his day.” I told her.

“Yeah. Yeah.”  

“ALRIGHT LETS GET THIS SHOPPING DONE!” Vanessa yelled.

After spending three hours running in and out of stores and changing rooms we all finally managed to settle on a dress. My dress was a light pink color with a heart shaped bust and the dress flowed out from my waist. It also had a silver shimmer to it. I bought a pair of velvet light gray heels to go with them.

“These dresses are so pretty!” Shay gushed.

“I got my dress.” I texted a Michael.

“Let me see.” He replied.

“Nope you have to wait.”

“Then how am I supposed to know what to wear or what color corsage to get?”

“Wear or get anything that matches light pink.”

“Fine.”

butttttttttt in other news the people of Shay, Vanessa, and Linz are going to start writing the story from their and their boys pov so yeah ill let you know when that starts.....
