Chapter 16 Sam’s P.O.V.
I looked up at Michael. His eyes twinkled in the light of the dark gym. He looked so hot in his tux and his hair which looked like he did nothing with. I just can’t imagine what a guy like him is doing with a girl like me. But I wasn’t going to question it any longer. What’s happening is happening.
“C’mon. Let’s go.” He whispered. I nodded and turned to wave goodbye to the others and followed Michael out the door. “Where do you want to go?”
“Somewhere where there’s not a lot of people.” I replied. He nodded and started the car driving off. In a few minutes we were pulled up in front of his house.
“Let’s watch some movies.” He said opening my door for me.
We laid together on his couch and cuddled and watched the T.V. All of a sudden he turned towards me and got all serious.
“I need to tell you something or more explain something to you.”
“Okay.” I answered having no clue what he was talking about.
“I want to be the person in your life that always texts you back and always makes you feel wanted. I want to hold your hands during the scary parts of horror movies and burns cookies with you on the kitchen because we’re too busy dancing. I see the galaxies in your eyes and hear the music in your heartbeat. I wanna tickle your sides and make you smile on the hard days and the easy ones. But beyond all that I will never leave you behind and never take you for granted. I’ll stand by you when you’re right and stand by you when you’re wrong. Even when you’re at your worst I still want to be at your side. I want to kiss you in the rain and hug you in the cold. And I wouldn’t have this any other way.
Basically what I’m trying to get at is that I need to tell you this in person. Not when we’re a few countries away. It’s that I love you, Sam. I love you so much.” He said. “And if you can’t say it back now that’s okay I just need you to know.” I wiped the tears out of my eyes. He was so sweet and great.
