After Joanna and Remington were brought back to the town of Serendipity, Jasper kept his promise and dropped the charges against Rem and publicly apologized to everyone he hurt. The bands talked it over with the mayor and their fans that there will be no more rivalry and they promise never to cause trouble for anyone again. As a way to keep their promise, they announced new tours with the other bands as supporting acts. The atmosphere between each fanbase got much more positive as they chatted with each other about which shows they would go to and how many people they were excited to meet besides the bands.

Remington and Joanna decided to hold a more public wedding ceremony for their families and fans to witness, and to the happy couple's surprise, received much more love than they expected when they got married privately. The news of their marriage made the city goo with happiness and love, and their fans sent many love letters and wedding gifts to each bands' fan mail as the days passed. Remington's ex, Veronica, tried to make Joanna look bad by spreading more lies about Rem's behavior, but not only did Joanna, but all their family defended the couple and then fans did as well, causing Veronica to become infamous.

The two bands continued to perform and make music together and apart, keeping their friendship strong and united. The loving couple saw each other each night, and thanked the fans for supporting their relationship, with the fans being grateful. In the city of Serendipity, just like love, rock and roll never died...

Remington's POV

The fall must have last 10 seconds before we fell into the water. At first, I felt nothing. Then I felt adrenaline rush through my veins and wake me up. I took Joanna's hands, and made her wake up in the water. Her eyes fluttered open, then she started to get scared. I held her close as I swam farthest from the crowd and closest to the town line. When we got to the shore, I brought her out of the water and carried her bridal-style. She wrapped her arms around me, shivering and crying. The line was clear, so we were able to cross easily without anyone following us. When we got far enough from the city, I brought her close to a tree to lie her up against the trunk as she kept her eyes closed. "Ma chérie, are you alright?", I asked softly, hoping not to alarm her. She took a while to respond, possibly because we just risked our lives to avoid separation. Then, she finally opened her eyes and looked at me. She looked straight into my eyes, and pulled me in for a deep, passionate kiss.

Joanna's POV

Remington close to me, our hearts beating as one, was all that helped calm me down from what just happened. I didn't want this moment to end so I held him close, and he never pulled away. When I was ready to let go, I rested my head on his chest and whispered, "I am now that I'm with you." He smiled at me, and then started to cry. I kissed his cheek, and he helped me stand up. "What now?", I asked. He looked the way down the road, and raised one eyebrow as he smirked at me. "I know a place where we could live peacefully, without anyone interfering in our love." When he got to the mysterious club, it was as incredible as he said. The music was to die for, but then I heard a familiar voice singing my favorite song "Disenchanted". "Oh my fucking God, Remington, that's Gerard Way."

*GASP* The story is complete! I'm so happy! I know that last few chapters were pretty crappy, but I could have chosen a much worse ending. Anyway, I hoped you enjoyed this story and will stick around for more to come in the future. I love you all so much!!! 💗💗💗
