"Damn, maybe I am into older guys," joked Adaline. The five girls stood next to a busted down bench that would soon be the memorial dedicated to Alison. Aria, however, was on Spencer's laptop blocking A's number (and any unknown number).
"Looking good Mr. Fitz!" Spencer exclaimed.
"Adaline! Your turn," Aria snapped.
Adaline ignored her attitude and hoped it was mainly directed at getting A out of their lives once and for all. She took the laptop from Aria and sat down on the bench that creaked. Carefully, she typed her phone number and email and clicked the option for unknown IDs.
The brunette let out a relaxed sigh as she clicked submit. "Who's next?"
Hanna took the laptop from Adaline and did the same as the others before her.
Adaline's focus was on a life without A, so she didn't hear the other girls' comment. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw them relieved for a second and then tense up again. She followed their gaze to a crumbled up piece of paper flying in the wind.
The paper came to a halt at Adaline feet. Curiosity got the better of her, and she bent over to pick up the paper. Carefully — so she wouldn't rip it — she unraveled the paper to see a shocking sight.
'Ding Dong The Bitch Is Dead' written in red lipstick on top of a missing flyer of Alison practically fell out of her hands when she saw it. Turning it around to the other girls, she let out a heavy breath.
Spencer, Aria, Hanna, and Emily all had the same reaction. They hunched their backs, tighten their faces, and they glanced around them. Adaline was the first to say something.
"I am so over this bitch."

After listening to the girls conspire about Toby Cavanaugh's tattoo, and Spencer's essay get submitted to some national competition, Adaline eagerly awaited to go home. Today, as well, was the first day she was able to walk home without an escort. Her excitement was through the roof as the last bell of the day rang.
Her mood immediately changed when Mr. Fitz stopped her in the hallway.
"Miss Argent? Did you forget the make-up test you were supposed to take today?" he asked, stepping out in front of her.
With everything going on in her life, she must have completely spaced about the test.
"Yes, actually," she mumbled. A sigh fell from her lips that Fitz couldn't ignore. One of the girls in the hallway bumped into her shoulder, about knocking her bag completely to the ground.
"Or perhaps you can just take it tomorrow before school?" Fitz suggested. "As long as you're here by seven, I'm sure you could finish it in time."
