Before I show the monstrosity I've created,
Have the logo I made for UACOP

In my universe since a lot of unnatural things already occur, I decided this won't be part of my canon universe but another separate universe. In that universe UACOP is created because of the after events of the war, a bunch of creatures, objects, and phenomena are causing havoc and shit, so the people working at UACOP have to take care of them by capturing them and keeping them out of the publics view. There's this device that basically scans anything it finds and it checks how anomalous the thing is with an anomaly meter, it's called the detector. The idea for this was that anything that had a number higher than 1000 on the anomaly scale (1000 is the anomaly number for turquoise eyed people) was deemed too dangerous and had to be captured and taken away. 1001-3000 is considered safe on the anomaly scale, 3001-6009 is considered unsure, 6010-12000 is considered unsafe, 12001-18150 is considered dangerous, and 18151-1000000 is considered "huh guess we'll die" or havoc. (Extra info: Lock-hold is basically like containment from SCP) I've only come up with one UACOP for now, it's unfinished and I'm gonna show a drawing I did of it- it makes me uncomfortable

(I made the limbs look weird on purpose, and I also made the tail really stiff because it makes it look more uncomfortable.) The human dog, or UACOP 1, is 5008 on the anomaly scale so it's classified as unsure. It's our first anomaly we've found. The detector found it scampering around in some poor farmers fields in R3 Orpus, once we brought it back here and kept it in lockhold it kept whining and "clawing" at the steel doors and walls. We sent one of the staff members to check up on it and it immediately pounced on the staff member, it didn't attack them but it kept on licking them. The creature seems to act a lot like a dog..even if it is visually unappealing to look at. We have only had it for a month and a half, so far it has only caused one injury to a staff member who was playing fetch with it, it seemed to have gotten aggravated somehow and it bit ___'s leg off. She got immediate medical attention and the anomaly was kept in lockhold for the rest of the week. It seems it's uncomfortable in it's current body from the way it acts when it's not kept busy, and sometimes it even looks as if it's in pain. We're planning to do an X-ray on it soon.

That's all I have for my first creature for UACOP, I have a love hate relationship with this thing because I hate looking at it...
EDIT: I found out how to make this thing more terrifying than it already is-

We successfully ran an X-ray on UACOP 1, there seemed to be a human male inside of it, some of his bones were broken so he'd fit inside the dog better. We soon stopped the X-ray after that, and the subject started waking up as well. It immediately seemed more hostile and we had to drug it so we could properly put it back in its lockhold. After that incident, UACOP 1 started screaming in pain like a human, it even said I few words which usually consisted of "help me". Subject hasn't been taken out of lockhold for a while since it attacks staff members that get close to it, it has broken out of lockhold once as well. It killed 5 staff members and injured 2. We're planning on keeping it in isolation for a while.
