Misty was packing a bag and Lloyd was going to walk with her to the pier. She finished packing and she heard a knock on her door. She grabbed her bag and expected to see Lloyd but instead nearly ran into Sensei Gramadon.
"Gah... Sorry I nearly ran into you." Misty said
"Misty where are you guys going?" Gramadon demanded to know.
"We're going fishing didn't Lloyd tell you?" Misty laughed nervously.
"Funny because he forgot his fishing pole!"
"I...I.. we...re.. um." Misty stuttered
"Misty I know you love my son and me except that to help you guide him in the right direction. Now please tell me where are all you going."
"Here..." Misty said and she handed Garmadon a piece of paper she had written everything down she could remember.
"I have to go now they're waiting for me... and please... don't tell Lloyd about... anything... I don't want him to know"
And Misty left. She was dressed in her ninja robes.
When she reached the pier she heard Jay said.
"Ah. I told you we shouldn't have worn them."
"The Tournament of Elements. You think all of them have powers like us?" Kai said
"When I asked my dad about it, he got really suspicious. Like there's something he's keeping from me." Lloyd said
"The fortune cookie said to tell no one or else there'd be consequences," Cole said
"Relax, we're cool," Lloyd said.
Then they heard a nervous gulp and looked and saw Misty who all of a sudden looked extremely worried
"We don't know yet if this is a trap. Wherever they take us, we have to stick together." Lloyd said
"Watch your step, madam." A man said he had come off the boat that had just arrived.
"We can't let anything distract us. You hear me, Kai?" Lloyd said
"Huh? Uh, yeah." Kai said
"Did you doze off Kai?" Misty said her worried expression turned to an amused smirk.
"Master Chen will be charmed to see you've accepted his offer. A Master of Spinjitzu shall fare favorably in his tournament." the man said, Jay.
"Hey, we're not here to fight. We're here to save a friend." Jay snapped
"Don't be so petty, Master Jay. Everyone here has something to fight for." The man said and he pulled out Jay's weapon.
"Chopsticks. I'm a big eater. Heh. " Jay said nervously
and gulped when the man threw the weapon into the water below then motioned for Jay to step on board.
The got on but before Lloyd and Misty stepped on the boat they heard.

"Lloyd, Misty wait!" It was Sensei Garmadon " If you get on that, boat you may never return."

"What are you doing here, Dad?" Lloyd said
Misty was still on the pier with Lloyd and she shuffled her feet and stared at the ground.

"Master Chen is a dangerous man who should never be trusted. Whatever he promised you, do not believe him." Garmadon said

" Lord Garmadon. It's been a while. It's Sensei now, correct? I can't remember." The strange man said

"Clouse. I see Master Chen still has you running his errands." Garmadon said
"I have to go, Dad. This is about Zane. It's about family. If we're ever going to be whole again, I have to get on that ship." Lloyd said
"Last call. Are you in...or out?" Clouse said
Lloyd walked onto the boat.
"That leaves you... Master Mitsu." Clouse said
Misty walked onto the boat and growled as she past Clouse. "That's Misty to you!"
"I can't stop you, son, but I can join you," Garmadon said
"Sorry, no more room on the ship," Clouse said
"No room?" Garmadon said he then jumped on the board the people were pulling onto the bat and it launched one of them off the boat.
"I stand corrected. There's room now." Clouse said

"Don't worry, I'm not here to compete. Only to look out for my interests." Garmadon said

"Let's ship out!" Clouse said
