"Welcome to my favorite event. Thunderblade!" Chen shouted
"Hey, I know this game. It's just like--" Turner began to say.
"No, it's not like that! This is my game, I made it up! Fully original! A Jade Blade for you, Lloyd, Master of Power." And Chen threw Lloyd a blade and a green helmet "And another for Camille, Master of Form. Where--? Where are you? Oh, there you are," Chen said as Camille shifted back to herself, he threw her a blade and an orange helmet. "Ha, ha. Rules are simple. Each lap you complete with your blade in possession, a point. Most points before time expires, you win." Chen said
"Whoa, whoa, whoa. What about us? Are we supposed to just stand here?" Turner asked
"You get to help anyone you wish, or hurt for that matter. You're free to choose sides. I'm not a dictator." Chen said
"He's a lot of other things... though and none of them are nice..." Misty muttered
Everyone but the ninja went on Camille's side.
"What was that you said about us having targets on our backs?" Lloyd said to Jay
"Don't worry, we're still a team--" Kai said and then fell to the ground
Jay sighed and said " I gotta be honest. This doesn't look good."
"Lloyd, Master of Power versus Camille, Master of Form! Most laps with their Jade Blade When time runs out wins, loser is out. Thunderbladers on your mark, get set, good luck to everyone. Buut mostly Camille because we all want the Green Ninja out. Now go!" Chen shouted and a horn blared and Camille and Lloyd started skating
"Oh, how about some spectator ambiance?" Chen said and he pressed a button and crowd noises came from the speakers.
Then another horn blared and the other skaters took off.
"It's us against the world, Kai. If Lloyd has any chance of moving forward in the tournament, it's up to you and me."
"Oh, come on boy's did you forget about me? Or did you think I couldn't play rough!" Misty said
and she pushed pasted Neuro to skate beside Jay. Kai was speaking to Skylor and then fell again.
Lloyd and his team was stuck behind in the back.
"We have to give him room." Jay said
" And just how are we supposed to do that?" Kai asked
" I got an idea. Don't touch anyone." Jay said
"When who am I suppose to hold onto?" Kai asked

"The wall?" Misty suggested with a shrug as she skated past Kai.

"Easy for you to say!" Kai shouted back sounding annoyed

Jay zapped the people in front and they stumbled to the side.
"Thanks." Lloyd said but then Kai tripped Lloyd and sent them both to the ground.
"Sorry." Kai said "Use your power!"
"On roller skates? You crazy? I'd never stay on the track!" Lloyd said and he got back to his feet.
"You're supposed to be helping, not hurting his chances." Jay shouted
"Thanks for the tip, but I can't skate!" Kai said
All of a sudden a ramp shot up and Lloyd went flying off it but he rolled and landed on his feet.
Misty followed him.

When she landed she said, "Don't worry Lloyd you and Me we can do this."

"Oh, so now you want it to be us?" Lloyd said but he was smiling and he skated ahead a bit.

"I've always wanted it to be us..." Misty whispered to herself and she skated harder to catch up to Lloyd.

Jay accidentally helped Camille when she was disguised as Lloyd.
"Ah. His back is hurting him. Shadow, strike his back." Camille said
"Wait, where'd the Master of Shadow go?" Jay said he was helping Lloyd and Shadow had disappeared in front of them, and reappeared behind Lloyd and pushed him in the back.
Lloyd fell and his blade fell out of his hand then Mr. Pale kicked it, and picked it up. Until Jay elbowed him and snatched it out of his hands.
"You didn't learn that in your Mother-Son Skate-Off, did you?" Lloyd asked
"It was a fierce competition, Lloyd, and this isn't the time to judge. It's the time to skate faster."Jay said and he handed the blade back to Lloyd.
"Misty start using your element!" Jay shouted
"And how do you propose I do that?!" Misty shouted back.
"I don't know turn someone into a crystal statue! crystalize Camille's skates! Just try to do something!" Jay said.
Then Shadow and Mr. Pale pushed against Lloyd and Jay.
"Fine Jay! Watch this!" Misty shouted and she shot a stream of crystal that caught in one of Turner the Master of Speed's sate wheels and it caused him to fly forward and into Kai.

"Sorry! Kai!" Misty shouted as she skated past the fire Ninja.

But then the Master of Poison turned and shot a cloud out of her hands.
"Watch out for that poison cloud!" Jay shouted
Both him and Lloyd skated around it followed by Misty.
But Kai skated through it "Thanks for the warning." he groaned before he fainted.
"Release the buggy!" Master Chen shouted
A car sped up through the trap door.
"Look out, Lloyd!" Jay shouted and he knocked Lloyd out of the way before he was hit Camille was hanging onto the tail of the buggy
" She has the lead and she gets a lift? I know Chen want me out, but this is getting ridiculous!" Lloyd said as he got up and started skating again.
"Sorry, Tox. Must be my allergies kicking in." Jay said and he shoulder the Master of Poison off the ring.
Most of Camille's team was holding on to the buggy and they got off and attacked Jay, Lloyd and Misty.
" Check this out." Turner said to Neuro who said "Gotcha."
Turner pushed Jay around the track and then just as Misty pulled Shadow off of Lloyd, Jay slammed into them both sending all of them crashing into the wall.
"We are so not loved" Jay moaned
"Tell me about it..." Misty groaned and she struggled to get to her feet.
"This did wonders for my back, though." Lloyd said as he and Jay got to their feet.
All of a sudden Kai came flying behind he was using his element then and grabbed on to Camille and pulled her off the Buggy's tail. Both of them fell to the ground. Jay snatched up Camille's Blade.
"Nice, Kai! Now you're cooking with fire!" Jay said
Kai groaned and Camille was skating after Jay
"I got it, you want it! Come and get it! Come and get it!" Jay shouted
Camille tried to snatch it from Jay but he dodge and then her own team ran start into her. Lloyd leapt over them.
"Lloyd's closing the gap, but the clock's against us." Jay said
"So is everyone else. Garmadon's right, the more we exclude everyone, the more they gang up on us." Kai said
"What are you saying?"
"I'm saying, why don't we tell them about Chen? If others knew what this tournament was really about, maybe they'd help us."
"Argh. Worth a try, but time's running out and Lloyd's got a lot of ground to make up." Jay said
But then Camille shouldered Jay and took her blade back.
" Give me! I've got a job to finish" She said
Misty soon joined them and said "I tried to stop her... and she pushed me off the track..."
"Are you trying to take me out too?" Skylor said as Kai grabbed on to her arm.
"No, you're right. We aren't all ninja, but Chen's the real enemy. He doesn't care about who wins. He only wants to steal our powers so that he can perform some sort of spell."Kai explained
"He stole our friends element and everyone who "loses" get's theirs taken too." Misty explained
"A spell? What kind of spell?" Mr. Pale asked
"I don't know, but we have to stay in the tournament to find out." Kai said
"This isn't about Lloyd winning. It's about all of us stopping Chen!" Jay said
"And why are you telling me this now?" Turner said
"Because it's never too late to do the right thing." Lloyd said
Tox was closing in on Lloyd but Neuro shoved her out of the way.
"He's telling the truth. I know." Neuro said
"Then why you have you now decided to help?" Jay asked
"I'd rather be on the winning team." Neuro said
"Then let's win this thing!" Lloyd said and Neuro whipped him forward
Kai and Skylor took the buggy and gave it to Lloyd who as soon as he jumped in it changed.
Tox was about to send another Toxic cloud at Lloyd but Turner cut her off.
Lloyd tied it up.
Lloyd and Camille were fighting she had tricked Lloyd and he was now on foot again.
Kai and Skylor save the match from begin rigged but it was now up to Lloyd
Camille crossed the finish line before Lloyd.
But Lloyd lifted the jade blade into the air.
"She doesn't have her Blade!" Jay said
"Lloyd won!" Kai shouted
"Yeah!" Misty said
"No. No! No! He cheated! Lloyd loses!" Chen shouted
"No way, Lloyd won fair and square. You were the one who cheated." Turner said
"My tournament. My rules." Chen said
"And just what rules are those? If Lloyd's out, then so am I." Mr. Pale said
"Me too." Said Kai
"And three me." Jay agreed
"Count me out as well I won't be in this stupid tournament if your going to cheat!" Misty said
"If you kick us all out, what kind of tournament will you have then?" Skylor said
"Fine, have it your way. Form loses." Chen said
Camille fell after Chen pressed a button.
All of them cheered.
