"Yeah, this is sweet. Heh, heh. Don't worry. We're gonna find you, pal." Lloyd said he was dressed in new clothes.
He then heard a tapping sound at his door.
He opened it to find Misty on the other side who looked very frantic. She too was dressed in new clothes.
"Misty.. you.. look..." Lloyd began to say
But before he could finish Misty practical pushed him back into is room and entered slamming the door behind her.
"You okay Misty? Did you have to come a long way did you?" Lloyd asked
"No, Lucky for me I'm not staying very far away, why do you ask?"
"Uh,What did you need to tell me?" Lloyd asked
"Um... I was the one who told your father about where we were going.. well more liked showed him I gave him a piece of paper. I'm sorry Lloyd I had to and also well you see.." Misty didn't get to say anything, because Chen's voice on the of speaker cut her off.
"Fellow fighters, hidden around my island are enough Jade Blades for every participant expect for one. The one who returns to the Palace Arena empty-handed loses. The tournament begins... now!" Chen's voice said
"Let's go!" Lloyd said and he grabbed Misty's hand and pulled her out the door.
Lloyd spotted a blade on the balcony up and across from them.
"You can have that one Lloyd I'll find my own." Misty said
Lloyd jumped and grabbed the blade.
He saw Misty jumping and dodging other elementals masters refusing to use her element in fear of hurting someone.
But then he saw she was tossed over the balcony's railing.
"Misty!" Lloyd said
he rushed over and looked over the side and saw that Misty was pulling herself over the railing of the balcony under the one she had been knocked off of.
When she pulled herself over the railing and tumbled to the ground a Jade Blade was thrown into the ground in front of her.
"Take it!" the voice said She looked up and saw it was Lloyd.
"No! Lloyd you have to take it!"
"Take it or leave it!" Lloyd said and he bolted off for another Jade Blade he had spotted.
"Lloyd Garmadon! Come back!" Misty said she was surprised that Lloyd had done that for her.
She grabbed the Jade blade and bolted after Lloyd.
Muttering to herself.
She saw that he was fighting the Master of Smoke.
"Mind I cut in?" She said and took Lloyd's place "Go grab the blade!" She shouted
She was busy but she saw Lloyd moments later grabbed the blade.
"Come on Misty!" shouted
"Just a moment!" Misty said and she pushed the person she was fighting down.
Both her and Lloyd ran into the room and gave Chen their Blades.
"Ah, I see both of you are working together..." Clouse said "How interesting..."
The look in Clouse's eye's made Misty unsettled.
Soon Cole joined them and Jay was already there.
"Where's Kai?" He said
Then they heard.
"Ha, ha, ha! Karloff wins!"
"No but that means Kai..." Misty whispered
But then all of a sudden the hand that held the jade blade fell off Karloff.
"Ah, looks like you got a screw loose. Kai said and then grabbed the blade and used his fire element to fly to the stage and placed the blade inside the holder.
"We have a loser!" Chen said
"That's not fair. He cheated." Karloff said
"I did what I had to do." Kai said
"That is not how you win!" Garmadon said
"Fine, I lose. Karloff never wanted to be on stinking island."
"Oh, I'm sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. I guess this worked out for the best. This is goodbye!" Master Chen said and a trap door opened and Karloff fell in.
"As you can see, lose and you are out. Break any rule, you are out. Never bits the hand that feeds you, Master Chen delicious noodles. Now rest up. Tomorrow the tournament will recommence." Chen said
