All of them and the other fighters were inside Kai's room.
"Like I said, I ain't joining your little alliance. I'm gunning for that staff." Shadow hissed
"Hey, this isn't about an alliance. This is about finding out who is the spy. No one leaves this room until we find out who is passing information to Chen." Lloyd said
"Why are you looking at me, Greenie? I'm not your spy." Shadow said
"Perhaps I can help. I don't know who, but someone here isn't who they say they are." Neuro said
"How do we know we can trust you? Maybe I should use your power and see inside your head." Skylor said
"I'd like to see you try, power hoarder." Neuro said The two of them looked like they were going to start fighting.
"This is what Chen wants, for us to fight. But we don't have to. There has to be a more civilized way around this" Kai said
"There is. Everyone who's ever worked for Chen has the Anacondrai tattoo on their back. Find the tattoo, find the spy." Sensei said
"Anyone object?" Lloyd asked
"Well it's better than fighting... plus I don't think Kai wants us to ruin his room." Misty said
"Can I go now?" Neuro asked after he showed them that he had no tattoo.
"Not until we check anyone. Who's next?" Lloyd said
"Let's get it on." Turner said and he showed them he also had no tattoo.
"Well, only two left." Lloyd said Skylor and Shadow were left. "Uh. I hate to do this, but it's your turn. Can I see your back, please?" Kai said
"How could you not trust me? I came to you with the fortune cookie." Skylor said
"A good spy will act like a friend until the time comes... then they stab you in the back." Misty said
"I'm sorry, but Misty's right we all have to know." Kai said
"Wait. Where'd Shadow go?" Lloyd said
"He disappeared through his own shadow." Jay said
"There he is! Get him!" Turner shouted
"I ain't your spy, and I ain't your friend either. The staff will be mine!" Shadow said
Lloyd tried to use his power but Shadow disappeared and the painting of Kai fell on Jay.
"Aah! My leg! Ugh. Get Kai off of me!" Jay shouted
Sensei tried to stop him.
"You cast a long shadow, old man." Shadow said and he made it out the door.
"It was Shadow. He must be the spy." Neuro said
"Aah! Oh!" Jay said Turner and Lloyd pulled the painting off of Jay.
"Skylor, look, I'm sorry." Kai said
"Don't. And if you still think I'm the spy, watch me walk out that door." Skylor said and she showed them she had no tattoo
"What happened to our alliance?" Jay said
"What alliance?" Lloyd muttered
