Chapter 1

It was just another ordinary day. Pidgeottos were chirping. Butterfrees we're drinking nectar. And the sunset was beautiful. The wind blew calmly, making a soothing sound, as if it were whispering something. Pink clouds hovered up above. It was quite serene and delicate; the perfect setting for a romantic outing. Well, that's exactly what theses two had in mind!

It all started at a cafe in Lumiose City. While Team Rocket were celebrating news from Giovanni, Inkay came along and sneakily stole James' precious croissant and proceeded to scoff it down under the table they were sitting at. A little while later, while James, accompanied by Jesse, were on their balloon, the same Inkay approached and gave their sandwich back that James clumsily dropped with his butterfingers as a peace offering. But that's when it really began. As soon as his eyes looked up at James, he giggled with mischief. He grinned seductively. Without thinking, or even saying a word, Inkay sprayed ink at him!! James was in complete and utter shock, but Jesse was in more, as James was licking the ink off himself!!!! Inkay and James made eye contact. Both their eyes widened. After finishing the delicious, squidy substance off his broad, masculine body, he scanned Inkay for more information. He offered another couple sandwiches to Inkay, to show acceptance, and possibly even future love!!!! He opened his Pokeball, and politely asked him to hop in. Without hesitation, Inkay leaped into the Pokeball with no second thoughts!!!!

James unpacked the picnic basket onto the blanket he laid out on top of a hill earlier. There was so much food! Apples, bananas, cookies, salad, nuts, sandwiches and even...
"CROISSANT?!?!?!" yelped Inkay with excitement. He was ecstatic! James smiled at him. It was just a croissant. But to them, it signified the birth of their relationship; the blossom on a tree that finally blooms when spring comes around!
"Yes, I put it in there just for you!" James cheesily said. He cocked an eyebrow up. A gesture so simple can mean so much to a few. He's could see the shine in Inkay eyes. Partly because of how excited he was, and partly because he was so dreamy.

Inkay and James exchange looks. Inkay's mouth was drooling, no, salivating...no! FOAMING!!!!! James laughed. Inkay practically inhaled the croissant, and desperately begged for more. Oh, how he dreamed for more. But James didn't bring anymore, because they always get Inkay into a...um... exquisite mood..? James sighed. His happiness is the only thing that matters to him. He gave his croissant to Inkay. Now yes, he was hungry. And yes, he did want to eat it, but they had plenty of food.
"I can have one another time." James explained. The squid gave a thankful nod before devouring the second buttery French bread. James knew that one was enough to drive Inkay over the edge, but he couldn't resist refusing that cute creature.
"That's not the only thing my mouth will slobber for tonight!" Inkay said, refraining from adding 'daddy' to the end of the sentence. He would have raised an eyebrow, but he doesn't have any so he just stared blankly at James for a bit, then giving him a little grin. But James knew he wasn't wrong...

They looked at the horizon. The sun was almost completely out of sight, and it began to get dark. The romance was just beginning, but who needs sunlight. That would only make it easier for strangers to questions their next actions...

Inkay pulled James' collar to make them an inch apart. They both smiled, before Inkay stared to caress him. James swatted him away like a fly, even though he secretly enjoyed it. Inkay charged into his chest, making him tumble and roll down the hill they set up their picnic on. They chuckled. It was all fun and games until James stared to touch Inkay.
"Spray me" he said seductively. So Inkay did so. Ink was everywhere!!!
"MORE! MORE! MOOOOOOOORE!!!!!!!" James demanded. Inkay push out the ink so hard and so rapidly that it knocked over James, and made Inkay faint due to the high pressure. He floated down into James' arms, and he instantly woke up.
"My health and wellbeing with not get in the way of our relationship again!!! Fainting is for DWEEBS!!!!" Inkay said with pure seriousness, even thought he was just too adorable to take seriously in the first place!!!!
"Oh Inkay!" replied James. He pulled Inkay close to his chest and squeezed him so very tight.

They then began to roll down the hill even further. James landed on top of Inkay, and immediately apologized multiple times!!! Inkay cackled before humping James!!!! They got into a tackle, and wrestled their hearts out! They felt very feisty!!!!! They peer into each others eyes, thought it was hard to see now that the sun was gone, and the moon was out. They lay on there backs, looking for obscure star constellations.
"Look Inkay! I found one of you!!!" James squealed. Inkay pointed out one next to Inkay that looked like James, but wait? What constellation was between them? They looked at it a bit more and realized...
"A heart!!" they said at the same time. And then they shared a beautiful kiss.
