Chapter 21- a challenged heart -part 4

It's been 5 days since Cindy arrived, luckily she had food with her to last us for a week. Anyway Cindy stays in my old room and I stay in Kenny's because Kenny don't trust me to sleep in Jai's room. I have spent a most days with Jai but when I'm not with Jai, Cindy is with Jai. Cindy is always following us around  I don't think he knows that.

"Clementine?" Kenny said.

"Huh?" I said looking up.

"Where you even listening to me?" Kenny sighed.

"Sorry say that again"

"We have ran out of supples so you , Jai and Cindy are going to Walmart to find some supples"

"Kenny why does Cindy have to go we hate each otherrrr" I complained.

"Clementine she is going if you like it or not"

"Fine but I'm only doing this for you"

"Good they are waiting outside so go get ready"

I stood up and walked into Kenny's room and got my guns and stuff. I tied my hair up and then walked out. as I was about to walk past Kenny I hugged him and kissed his cheek. "stay safe while we are gone" I whispered in his ear .

"I should be saying that to you" he smiled faintly

Then I walked outside, smiling to myself.

"Let's go" Jai said.

We all started walking, I was behind Cindy and Jai. We where walking for around 20 minutes before we arrived.

"Right here's the plan we go in grab as many as supply's as we can and get out" I said, they nodded.

We ran across the car park and to the double doors. I pushed open the doors. I looked behind me at Cindy and Jai.

"You ready? 3...2...1...go" and with that we ran off into the room. I ran to one of the aisle and started piling food into my bag.

SMASH! I ran to where the noise came from Cindy was trapped with no weapons In front of a zombie. I was about to help her when I was pulled back by a zombie. I fell back into a self. I kicked the zombie away and went to reach for the gun when I saw it the corner of my eye , the self falling forward onto me. The self hit my lower half , so that my legs where stuck. My gun had feel from my pocket so I could not reach it and the zombie I had kicked away crawled towards me. I yelled Jais name. Jai came running in and stood in the middle of me and Cindy, I could see the thought in his face as he decided who to save. 

My heart shattered into a thousand pierces when Jai ran to Cindy and killed the zombie then grabbed her hand and ran out the store. The zombie was nearing closer to me. I was using all my might and strength to escape but no use.

I looked to the side and the zombie was right there. I put my hand on its forehead and tried to push it away but no use it was getting close and I could not hold it any longer. This is actually it, I'm going to die.

BANG!

I looked to the side to see the zombies brains spread across the room. I looked the other way and was expecting to see Jai but I can tell you now that guy was not Jai.
