Epilogue

It's been two weeks since the chaos ended. It was a total shocking news for all the people. They can't believe His Majesty, Her grace and Prince Chul-soo were gone.
Everyone that was involved in the king's murder had been arrested and soon will have a death punishment. While everyone who caused the chaos were all surrendered.
Also, Lady Yuri and Ah-young had been repelled from the country because of their involvement in Joohyun's murder.
Once again, the whole country felt it.. the sadness..

There's only one question in their mind. Who will take 'The King's' position.
Well, who else other than Chul-woo. Since Chul-soo had gone, he had automatically took that tittle.
The problem is, Chul-woo never showed up. Many people questioned his appearance.
Since the chaos ended and the royal family's funeral, he has locked himself in his room. The same goes for Princess Chun-hwa. She was even worse than Chul-woo.
The loss affected them so much. They couldn't accept what had happened. Losing three of the most important people in their life at once sure is something painful.

In Chul-woo's room..
For the first time, the room was tidy and clear without any weird stuff flattering around. Chul-woo is still sitting on his bed while hugging his knees.
He kept staring outside the window. It was quiet and peaceful.
Very quiet.. before someone knocked the door.
"Your highness?"
"Come in.." Chul-woo sighed, not leaving his sight from the window.
"How are you feeling today?"

By the voice, Chul-woo already knew who the owner was. It's not like someone else would visit him.
"Fine." He replied shortly.
"Just fine?" Eun-mi asked again.
"Ne.." He replied shortly again.
Hearing that, Eun-mi couldn't bring herself to question any further. She knew how hard his situation was.
Eun-mi put the tray of food she brought on the table. She glanced at the other side of the table and sighed.
"You didn't even touch your food... again.." Eun-mi said.

"I just.. had no appetite..." Chul-woo said, burying his face into his arms.
"I know how you feel.. but please, at least take care of your own health. You're no longer 'his highness' who is nothing and unimportant for the people.. you're now 'his majes..."
"I told you not to call me that.." Chul-woo cut Eun-mi's sentence.
"Until when will you denied it? Sooner or later you still would own that tittle.." Eun-mi beamed.
"I know.. I'm just..bnot ready... I don't think I'm responsible enough to own that tittle." Chul-woo said.

"You are... at least for me.. I know that you're the right person.. though you're sometimes annoying, but you're actually a caring person.. I'm sure you will take a good care of the people.." Eun-mi smiled.
Chul-woo just chuckled listening the word 'annoying'.
"At least I have you to cheer me up."
Eun-mi chuckled slightly and rubbed her neck.
"Am I that annoying?" Chul-woo asked.
"Sort of.." Eun-mi replied.
"Will you still accept this annoying boy..bto make your future brighter than it could be?" Chul-woo asked again.

"Huh??" Eun-mi stared at Chul-woo confused by the question. She's not sure what's that mean.
"What I'm trying to say is.. If I really have to accept the position.. I will need someone that I can trust to be by my side.." Chul-woo grabbed Eun-mi's hand and led her to sit beside him.
"Of course I'll always be by your side and guide you." Eun-mi smiled, not understanding the situation.
"That's not what I mean.. I.." Chul-woo rubbed his neck.
Eun-mi just looked at him confusedly.

"Listen, I need someone who can fill my emptiness and support me.." Chul-woo grabbed her shoulder and turned her to face him.
Eun-mi just followed without any question.
"So that.. would you..be my queen?" Chul-woo finally make it clear.
"Umm.. I.. I like...you.." Chul-woo continued.
Eun-mi was quite surprised but smiled in the end.
"What took you so long to say that?" Eun-mi chuckled lightly.

"I'm nervous, okay..I've never been.. Wait, wha..." Before Chul-woo could finish his sentence, Eun-mi suddenly gave him a warm hug.
"Gomawo.. Chul-woo ah.. and of course, I will..." Eun-mi said.
"You will...?"
"I will.. erm.. be your queen.. I.. love you too." Eun-mi suddenly felt embarrassed saying that.
"Jinjjayo??" Chul-woo asked.
"Emm.." Eun-mi nodded.
"Gowawo, Eun-mi ah.." Chul-woo hugged Eun-mi even tighter.
