"Number Five"

Luther sat on a chair in Diego's place, opposite Five who sat on the bed.

"When's it supposed to happen? This... apocalypse." Luther asked.

"I can't give you the exact hour, but... from what I could gather, we have four days left." Five informed him.

"Why didn't you say something sooner?" Luther questioned him, sounding annoyed.

"It wouldn't have mattered."

"Of course it would. We could've banded together and helped you try to stop this thing."

"For the record, you already tried."

Luther had a look of confusion on his face. "What do you mean?"

Five was quiet for a moment, silently deciding whether or not to tell his brother what he found when he travelled to the future. Eventually he spoke, his voice quiet. "I found all of you. Your bodies."

Luther was quiet for a second, taking in what Five had told him. "We die?"

Five looked at him, remembering the day when he had found all of his siblings bodies buried under different parts of the rubble. How Luther had a glass eyeball clutched in his hand and how it seemed as if Klaus had tried to protect Eleanor from the destruction of the buildings around them and the scrunched up piece of paper Eleanor held in her fist, although he was unsure what it was, he knew it must have been important.

"Horribly." Five told Luther after a few minutes of silence. Luther was unsure as to what to say and Five looked like he was going to cry, although he didn't. "You were together," Five continued, "trying to stop whoever it was that ends the world."

Luther looked at his brother. "Wait, how do you know that?"

Five reached into his pocket and pulled out the eye he had been carrying for many decades. "This was clutched in your dead hand when I found you." He tossed the eyeball to Luther, who caught it and turned it over in his hands, looking at it. "Must've ripped it out of their head right before you went down."

Luther held up the eye so he could see it better and glanced at his brother. "Whose head?"

"Like I said, I don't know."

Luther examined the eye. "Well, there's a serial number on the back. Think maybe you could try-"

"No," Five snapped, taking the eye back and putting it in his pocket. "That's a dead end." He chuckled. "It's just another hunk of glass."

The two looked up as Diego slammed open the door, Eleanor in his arms. He gently placed her on a chair, one Luther wasn't sitting on. "Piece of shit." He muttered.

Luther quickly stood up.

"Do you have any idea what you just did?" He yelled at Five and went to hit him but Luther pulled him back and lifted him off the ground a few inches. "Nope, let me- Get your ape hands off of me!" He protested.

"I can do this as long as it takes you to calm down." Luther said to him.

"Fine." Diego panted and Luther placed him back on the ground. Diego picked up Eleanor and moved her to the bed, making Five move out the way.

"Now, wanna tell us what you're talkin' about?" Luther asked him. Diego walked over to one of the cabinets and pulled out a first aid kit before heading back over to Eleanor and starting to clean and stitch up her wounds, the knife was still buried in her leg.

"Our brother's been pretty busy since he got back." He paused to tell Eleanor that she wasn't allowed to close her eyes, she needed to stay awake a little bit longer. "He was in the middle of that shootout at Griddy's, and then at Gimble Brothers, after the guys in masks attacked the Academy, looking for him." He paused stitching up the wounds all over Eleanor's pale body and pointed at Five who stood next to the bed.
