Back in her chamber, Si Yin stumbled towards her bed in shock and fear.  It all made perfect sense now and none more than why her seniors had all fallen ill while she remained healthy.  But to think, that she had found something that even her mind knew could be dangerous in the wrong hands, had her wondering what to do.  She wasn't all that sorry her seniors had suffered, but that she had something in her possession that could literally change lives, scared her.

Though for a while, she wondered if she should go to Shifu and tell him.  After all, the brush and ink had to belong to someone, someone with a lot of power.  And that someone would definitely be wanting it back, only her mind was in chaos, because she was not only thinking of all the things that such an artifact could do, but she was also envisioning it as a weapon.

She had been a Kunlun Mountain Disciple long enough to know that what she had, could be used to harm.  She may not have been the most studious of students, but weapons training, and weapon lore was a subject that interested her to an extent, so she could absolutely see the potential this artifact had as a weapon.

And the more she thought about that, the more she wondered who the owner might be.  For all she knew, it could belong to the Dark Realms, after all, they too had beautiful things.  She had visited The Ghost Tribes Palace once with her Shifu.  It was a special outing which saw her, Zi Lan, and Cheng Bao joining him to share tea and talk peace and for being a good girl for a whole week, he took her along with him.  So she got to see all the lovely things that their Overlord Qing Cang owned including his women who wore beautiful dresses and danced so gracefully.

And for a while more, her mind went completely off track as she brought that memory back to mind.  It had been such a long time since she had seen women dancing, and she had spent the entire time enthralled by their beauty and gracefulness, that on her return, the provocative hip thrusting almost had her falling off her cloud trying to emulate their dance moves, only to be yanked back onto her cloud by Zi Lan which ended up with the both of them fighting all the back to Kunlun Mountain and Mo Yuan losing more air behind them.

Shaking the image away, she dragged her thoughts back to the brush and ink.  It was just too easy for her to lose concentration, but knowing how serious the situation was, she forced herself to think.  If a Dark Lander was the owner of what she was now deeming to be a weapon, then she could not allow its return.  Shifu had taught her from the very beginning, that the more powerful a weapon was, the higher the risk one could lose control of it.

And seeing as the Dark Lands were in disarray the majority of the time as apposed to the Light Realms which were in a perpetual state of peace, she could only surmise that they were indeed the owners because of the damage she had done with no effort at all meant they had used it to cause all of their woes.  And that had her once again wondering if she should take them to Shifu.  And here she stumbled.

If she took them to Shifu, then he would know exactly what she had done and having spent an entire week cleaning down his Disciples body fluids and all manner of waste, that alone would earn her severe punishment.  But to also learn that she was responsible for the Palace Maids leaving, as well as the marriage between Sang Ji and Xin Nu which she knew would cause a rift between her tribe and the Celestials, her Shifu would not only be furious, but if her father also found out, she might find herself being thrown off Kunlun Mountain and punished by her father.  And her fathers punishments were far worse than anything her Shifu could do to her.

In the end, she decided against it, only the moment she thought to hide the artifacts where she planned to maybe bury them somewhere in the low valleys, then the sound of Cheng Bao and Zi Lan rushing up the steps to her chamber, had her quickly shoving them under her pillow.
