Making her way to the entrance with her father and brother Bai Zhen, Bai Qian did her best to remain at Mo Yuans side, but it was obvious that she had not thought out her plan all that well. Watching her leave with her father, Mo Yuans eyes sparkled brilliantly. He was almost laughing at her audacity and the way she had literally shut Qing Cang up and in the most diplomatic of ways, which was something he would never have thought her capable of doing. In his eyes, he had clearly seen the makings of a future Queen and one that would no doubt have tongues wagging for some time.
"She is certainly a beautiful girl and very clever too." Yao Guang said softly beside him as she too watched the girl making her way out of the tent with her father who was literally preening his non existent feathers.
Suddenly realizing that she was even there, Mo Yuan finally noticed the hand holding onto the sleeve of his gown. She had been at his side for some time holding onto him, only his mind was so taken by his Little Seventeenth in her female form, he had noticed no one else but her. Though he did find it very endearing that she would cling to his hand even though they were not meant to know each other. She had obviously attended the meeting thinking he wouldn't recognize her and he found the thought hilarious.
"Yes she is very beautiful." he whispered with the most tender of looks that Yao Guang had ever seen and though she moved back when he forced her hands from his sleeves, she ensured she remained close.
Looking back over her shoulder at her Shifu, she smiled as her father finally managed to get her out of the tent. The worlds leaders had converged on her like a swarm and had her father not been there, she might have had to battle her way out. Princes and Kings combined, the Princess of Qing Qiu was a rare treasure and one they all wanted a little piece of, even a smile which she managed to give to each and every one them.
Only the moment she turned back to see Yao Guang hovering very close to her Shifu, then the smile wavered though she did think that Goddess was very beautiful, but she couldn't help but notice the smirk on the womans face moments before her father led her from the tent and towards Bai Zhens mount who was waiting for them.
Also watching her leave, Tian Ming slowly made his way back towards The War God. He seemed to be a man of great standing and one they all respected and though he had been ordered not to approach any of the Immortals directly he was wondering whether he should approach this man, because he knew he would get an honest answer.
In the end, he obeyed the command to remain hidden, and continued to listen in on all the conversations and almost all of them were on the Princess. Many were questioning Prince Sang Jis sanity at having let her go, and it was then that he remembered that the girl was meant to married Prince Sang Ji only the new weaver had changed his fate.
But no matter how hard he looked at it, he could not see how she would be involved. Even though she seemed familiar with the War God going by the way she was holding his hand, he knew from the fate that he had written for her, she was not meant to know him yet. She was meant to come out on her wedding day to Prince Sang Ji and meet the War God then, though the way she was holding his hand suggested she might actually know him.
Then again, she was young after all, and was facing the worlds Leaders for the first time. Perhaps the bravado slipped and she had seen in him a kindly face, one much like her fathers, so reached out to him. After all, the Ghost Clans Leader wasn't exactly all that kindly looking and nor were his intentions which everyone could see.
In fact, he wouldn't be surprised if the Ghost Clan didn't put in a bid for her hand in the coming days. In fact, he could see many of the leaders looking at her as a wife for themselves or for their sons, which would only further push her fate away from what was originally written.
