It was four days later when Di Jun suddenly arrived on Kunlun Mountain.  So much had happened in that time, for him especially.  Not only had the snow suddenly stopped, but he had seen with his own eyes a man so immensely powerful that he had been on his mind the entire time.   Neither men knew who he was or why he was there, or what his intentions were, but the moment they tried to approach him, he disappeared, leaving behind no trace of his identity or even why he had taken it upon himself to return the world to its natural state.

The snow had stopped which left the world in the exact state where it was meant to be and for a time, the world celebrated, but both Mo Yuan and himself had a strong suspicion, that the man was perhaps not all he seemed to be.  But like the rest of the world, he had taken a little time out to enjoy the celebrations.  The sky was back to its soft pastel tones, and the seasons were back in order again, only for him, the celebrations came to an end, with the arrival of every scout he had sent into the Demon Lands.

They were all born into the Celestial Heavens, many were the sons and daughters of his elite soldiers, so they were more than trustworthy.  Only now, heading into the Grand Hall of Kunlun, his mind was unsettled, and Mo Yuan noticed the moment he entered.

In his study, a barrier went up as Di Jun moved to the window to look out towards the south.

"Word has just arrived from my scouts that the entire Demon Tribe has disappeared."

Not really sure what he meant by that or what he was getting at, Mo Yuan looked at him blankly.

"Disappeared?  I don't understand." Mo Yuan said moving towards the window.

"My scouts are not Demons, they are Celestials undercover, only one moment they were all there and training for the war, and the next second, not only did the snow stop and the skies cleared,  but every Demon disappeared from view along with the snow." he said softly as they both looked out towards the Purple Mountains that surrounded the Demon lands.

"Where did they go?" Mo Yuan asked not liking what he was hearing.

"That I do not know, all I know is that there are no Demons anywhere and even worse, their homes, castles, beasts and even the children, they are all gone," he said before turning away from the window.

Trying to imagine what he was hearing, the look on his face had Di Jun doing his best to explain even though he too was just as confused.

"I myself flew overhead this morning, and it is exactly as my scouts said.  Nothing of the Demons is left.  Not even their temples, its as if they never existed." Di Jun shook his head while Mo Yuan also turned back to sit heavily in silence and astonishment.

"Do you think he might be up to something?  A surprise attack?" Mo Yuan asked still not really understanding the situation.

"I don't think so.  That was my first thought, but my scouts are adamant that no such plans were being organized, if anything, the Demons were doing exactly what we are doing.  Training their men and beasts and preparing their formations.  There was nothing out of the ordinary, and nor did Tengfei seem to be moving towards a surprise attack, if anything, the battle ground was what they were training for." he replied just as stumped as he was.

That the entire Tribe had disappeared along with their homes, Palaces and Temples, the moment the snow stopped, meant only one thing.

"Could it have been that person we saw?" he asked thinking hard.

"that was my initial thoughts and you and I both agreed that he might be a compassionate God, one that perhaps came from the Upper Heavens, however, they would never get rid of an entire tribe, its unthinkable."
