Chapter 23: Be Ready

A/N .... I have nothin to say. ON WITH THE STORY!!

~Katrina's POV~

I was walking in different shops then Jerome and Jenna to give them space when I was kidnapped by a shadow figure. It held up a cloth to my face and I slowly blacked out, the last thing I thought of was all my friends and how I let them down by not being able to fight.

I wake up in a dark and gloomy room. I quickly realize I was in a cell. Outside the cell was dark as well, but I could hear faint talking. I hear footsteps coming and just hide in a corner and stay quiet.

"Hello youngster," said a female voice,  but I stayed quiet. She turned on a dimmed light, but I couldn't see her face because she had a hood on.

"I need your help if you don't mind me asking."

"And you think kidnapping me is the best way to get across this?!" I say kind of frustrated.

"Tone down your voice, you will scare away the children," she said getting close to my face and I quickly snatched off her hood.

"W-who are you?" I asked

"The names Dawn." (No not dawn wolf, the one who was super crazy and also cheated on Sky in my story if u don't remember) she spoke with clarity and I could tell she meant business.

"What do you want from me then?"

"I want Skybrine."

~Sky's POV~

"Jerome buddy what is it?!"

"Herobrine!"

'Kill me now' I thought in my head.

"Oh no! We need to stock up on weapons and armour before anything major happens. Jerome, Jenna, Seto, Lorena and Jason, go get armour and positions, specifically you Seto. And the rest will get weapons with me. Meet back here in thirty minutes TOPS!" I ordered and they did as they were told.

We made it to a semi empty weapons shop, and I automatically grabbed an enchanted budder sword. I saw everyone else grab iron swords, and bows. I saw an old dagger, sitting there all lonely, and I needed that thing so bad! I grabbed it but the realized I wouldn't have enough money for it, so I just slipped it into my sheath without the owner noticing.

We pay for our stuff and we leave. We made it back to the spot we were to meet at just in time. They still weren't back but let's hope they won't be too long.

~Seto's POV~

I went to a potions shop with lorena and I found a really cool potion I must try. I've already stocked up on health and strength potions, and I still had money left for two more.

I grab an invisibility potion and I slipped the other one in with the rest before Lorena could see what it was. If she saw it, I would be very embarrassed, but I don't care if the cashier sees because I'm probably not gonna see him after this anyways.

I think Lorena noticed me trying to hide that potion, because she was giving me a weird look. I could feel my cheeks heat up, and all she did was look at me.

"Can I help you with something?" I mumbled looking down and the ground.

"Yes! What are you hiding?" she asked but I just kept looking down at the ground.

"Seto?! Answer me!" she said sternly and when I looked up I saw her black eyes shine like dark crystals.

"It's nothing, I don't really want to talk about it."

"So you wanna play that game huh?"

~Jerome's POV~

Herobrine's terrible scent seemed to fill me nose. I walked into the shop and got all diamond armour. I know it cost a lot of money, but I don't want something to happen to my friends. It would just kill me.

I could see in Jenna's grey eyes, she was scared. What am I going to do if she can't see, I don't want to be the reason she dies.

"Hello sir. How are you today?" the cashier asked

"I'm sorry, can you hurry we are in a HUGE rush!" I felt bad that I had to yell at him, but he was taking his time, and we need to hurry.

"Here you go and have a nice day, rude." he said the last part under his breath. If I wasn't in such a hurry, he would regret what he just said.

"Jerome let me help you with that stuff," Jason said taking some of it from my hands.

"I can help if you need me to," Jenna volunteered. Man she was so cute.

"Why don't you just put on the armour to make it lighter for us," I suggested.

"Ok," she said as I put on her armour for her, and after, hanging her her cane. We rushed our way to our meeting spot where we all exchanged our gear and weapons and got suited up and ready.

I hate school. it's officially the worst thing ever. I thought I was passing all my classes until this weekend ;_;
