The Avengers Raised Me

Why not?

I woke up at the sound to my alarm the next morning. I am still exhausted, last night I woke up from nightmares at least ten times. They were all about HYDRA finding me and then hurting my family. The sunlight streamed into my eyes as I opened my window, it was too bright. Pulling on my workout clothes I put in my earbuds and turned on my music and headed down to the kitchen. 

I bit into a blueberry muffin as I scrolled through my notifications on my phone. I saw one that caught my eye. My first day of school was next week, Dad finally agreed to let me go. I have never been to school before and I am honestly really excited. Just as I read the notification my dad walked into the kitchen as if on cue and grabbed an apple. "Dad don't forget that my first day of school is next week!" He sighed "Your not going anymore... Not after the HYDRA discovery." My heart dropped as I pleated. "Dad please! I can handle myself, my combat skills are good!" He started to walk out the door. "Honey, I'm sorry but for now you are not going and that's final." Ugh! Tony Stark is a difficult man but I could see what he ment. It was dangerous to have me going to school without some sort of bodyguard, and seeing that at school I will not be associated with the avengers having a formal bodyguard would be out of the question.

I walked down to the training room. While I was stretching I noticed that Clint, Sam, and Scott were all avoiding me. I assume that it's because Clint and Scott are both fathers and know what it looks like when a teenager doesn't want to be bothered and they just told Sam. Walking over to the punching bag my favorite work out song "The Walker" by fitz and the tantrums, started to play in my ear buds. This lightened my mood as I took my anger out on the punching bag. At about three O'clock I got a text, It was my dad, It read. "Peter is here in my office, we are talking, Please come up to get him." While walking to his office I smiled knowing that I was going to get to hangout with Peter for the rest of the day.
