Illusions

I woke up to a shock as I sat up in the bed in the med bay. I looked around and smiled as I saw Dr. Banner, Tony, Uncle Loki, Uncle Steve and Aunt Nat passed out on the couch in the corner of the room.

Narrator POV

After Dr.Banner Hulked out and dunked Addison in the river many times he was calmed down by Natasha who was alerted of Addisons state after they took her to the Med Bay. After calming down Bruce took Addison back to the med bay to keep trying to help her. It turns out that dunking her into the almost freezing water it brought her temp back down to a 102 which relieved him and everyone who saw Addison at 108. For the rest of the day Tony and Bruce worked on keeping Addys tempature at a normal number while Steve, Loki and Nat sat with Addy in the med bay. After almost 10 hours of fighting with her fever they were finally able to break it and keep her at a consistant 99.9. They all sat relieved on the couch watching Addy sleep peacefully and one by one fell asleep.

Addisons POV

I had one heck of a headache but I didn't want to go back to sleep so I softly called to Uncle Steve. "Uncle Steve. Uncle Steve!" I whispered. Steve stirred and opened his eyes. When he saw me sitting up in bed he stood up and walked over to me . "Addy!" He breathed. "Are you doing ok? How is your temp?" He put his hand on my forehead and smiled. "Well it seems like its back to normal." "What happened?" I asked. Uncle Steve explained what had happened then slowly woke up everyone else.

After about five minuets of checking my temp and alot of hugs Bruce spoke. "Well hon, You are one stubborn Stark. You should have died three times over from that high of a fever and your body rejected every antibiotic I tried." Dad nodded then Bruce added "It's almost like HYDRA got to you and made you a alien." He laughed along with Steve and Loki but Dad and Nat looked at each other almost worried then back at Banner. "Nat take a DNA sample, Bruce get to the lab we are gonna take a look." Tony Ordered. Nat nodded then came over to me and took some blood from the IV needle then walked into the lab. "Woah, woah, woah Tony" Uncle Steve said as dad walked toward the door. "You really think HYDRA had something to do with this, and that Addy has become some genetically altered human?" Tony paused then glanced at Steve. "It's not like that has never happened before." Then walked out to the lab. Steve and I knew what he ment, he was meaning Bucky and Steve to some extent.

Loki walked over to my bed side and kneeled down. He didn't even say anything but I knew that he felt bad. "Uncle Loki, I'm fine I promise." I told him but by the look on his face I knew he wanted to make me feel better. "OK, If you really want me to feel better will you take me to asguard?" I asked. At that comment Uncle Steve stepped in. "No Addison you are in no way going to Asguard with him." I looked at Loki and saw him Nod back. Steves next sentence was cut off by shock when Loki transformed the room into a illusion of the gardens of Asguard. Uncle Steve stood there dumbfounded looking around in awh while Loki showed me a memory from when him and Thor were kids. I saw little Thor standing in the garden, he then leaned over to pick up a little green snake to look at it. The next thing I knew the snake turned into a little 8 year old Loki, the little Loki yelled "Beah It's Me!" then took a little dagger and put it into Thors hand. I smiled at that memory because I have been told that story many times before. The gardens of asguard turned back into the med bay as Loki and I laughed about his memory. Uncle Steve was still in shock over what happened with the illusion because he had never seen it before.

Steve was about to say something when the door opened and Dad, Aunt Nat and Bruce came back into the room with a mix of shock and fear plastered onto their faces.
