The Avengers Raised Me

First Try

Training was officially underway with my new powers. I started the day with a shower because I was sweating so much last night while I panicked. After I got changed into some workout clothes then I wandered down to the kitchen. "Hey Uncle Steve!" I said as I bounced on my toes. "Are you ready for training today? Your gonna come help, right?" "Yep who better to train you in your powers than people with powers. Well let's just say you got adopted by the right family for this situation." He said as we walked down to the gym.

I walked into the gym and saw Aunt Nat Im combat training with Wanda. If it were any other day I would be training with Nat. Today was different though, today was a test. Dad walked over in the iron man mark 85 suit. "Ok Addy, I want you to stand in the training circle and try to hit me with an energy burst. He engaged mask of the suit and stood perfectly still waiting for me to attack. I stood there trying to remember how I did it last night. I scrunched up my fists and felt Energy surrounding me. I tried to push the energy towards dad but I ended up just dispersing it every where. Therefore when I opened my eyes everyone in the room was back on their buts except dad. "I am so sorry!" I said as I ran over to Uncle Steve and pulled him up then Bucky then Aunt Nat etc. "It's ok Addison, when I first started using my powers I took out the entire base." Wanda said as she came over and patted me on the shoulder. "Ok Dad can I try again?" I  asked, He nodded and stood up.

This time I was ready to do it right. I closed my eyes and felt the energy absorb around my body. Then I shoved it in dads general direction. Opening my eyes I was greeted with my dad in the same place as last time, but this time everyone standing around me was still standing. That was a good sign. Tony's mask came up revealing his smile, then he said. "Friday tell us the stats." I grinned and looked up at where Friday's voice will come up. "Well Mr.Stark from the scanners in you suit Addison had put out around 3000 kilowatts of electricity from the energy she absorbed." I grinned then got confused. "Is that good?" I asked. "Well that's enough to disable a HYDRA squad, Especially if you absorb energy from around you. It will draw out a he energy from the tanks and guns." Remarked Dr.Banner smiling. Aunt Nat spoke up. "You really think she is going into the field?!" She sounded angry, so angry that it scared Bruce. So he shut down and sat in his chair when Steve stood up defensively and looked at Nat. "She can protect herself now Nat, you don't need to be worried about her anymore." He said but Nat was ready to fight back. "I don't care! I can't loose her! I Just Can't Steven!" She stormed out of the Training room and up the stairs. Bruce gave Steve a look that said 'let someone else handle this'. I knew that it should probably be me so I started walking towards the door. When I got to the door way Tony said, "Addy, be careful... You know how you get when your angry? With Nat it's 10 times worse." I nodded and headed out to find my Aunt Natasha.
