The Avengers Raised Me

The weekend was Normal even for me. We didn't talk about the hammer incident. I think I embarrassed Thor by lifting his hammer, either that or he is proud of me. Saturday I trained with Natasha like usual. I started with a jog with uncle Steve and no matter how hard I tried he still beat me. Then Nat taught me some new technics for using your opponents strength against them. I handed her a water bottle just as  Pepper pots came into the room smiling from ear to ear. "What's up with you today?" Nat asked. Pepper pulled her aside and whispered into her ear. Nat turned around grinning, she walked over to me and linked her arm in mine. "Come on, we're going Shopping for school Monday!" The three of us were driven to the mall by happy. I didn't understand why I was getting new clothes, I mean i didn't need them, I liked my other ones, but it's an excuse to hang out with Nat and Pepper.

We had a great time trying things on. It actually kept my mind off of Hydra... And Peter. I still feel bad for causing him to leave so fast. I really enjoy hanging out with him. I think I am starting to develop feelings for him But I didn't want to let on, so I just stayed quite until Pepper broke the silence. "So Tony tells me that you trained with Spider Man yesterday, How is he?" I started blabbing not thinking about what I was saying. "He is actually really talented. Peter is nice and selfless and..." I stopped to see Pepper glance at Nat then they both gave a knowing grin at me. I covered my mouth and gasped. "I can't believe I just did that." I mumbled "So it sounds to me like you have a crush on Peter Parker!" Nat seemed a little to quite when Pepper said that sentence. "I-I guess, Maybe." I muttered. I proceeded to tell the story of training and Thor's hammer. "Nat isn't that great? Addy has a crush on a guy and he is even another avenger! Natasha?" Nat snapped out of it and looked at me. She let a smile creep onto her face. I intrupted her smile when I states the unfortunate truth. "But there is no he would like me back. He only thinks of me as Mr.Starks daughter, and it's not like I can change his mind the only time i will see him is when he is at the tower." Peppers face darkened but Nat shot back with a grin. "You will at least see him at school, right?" "Hah, No chance. The chance of us going to the same school is like 1 in a million." She kept grinning as if she knew something I didn't. "Well ok, let's head home."

About one hour later we came home with 8 bags with new clothes for school in them.

And finally the dress Nat bought me... The rest was on dads credit card.

I couldn't wait for school even though it was more than a day away.
