The galloping is getting louder and louder. Closer and closer. You can feel the splash of the water from you running, and the horse running right behind you. Almost there. You jump in through the yellow tape and everything goes dark.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You open your eyes to reveal a musty cave. You made it. Your head is pounding. You feel your head resting on something, but you can't tell what it is. You try to move, but it sends a searing pain in your head and down your neck. You groan from the pain, and your suddenly alive headrest moves up to you. You look up and see Tyler. Your head is carefully placed in his lap. His nose is cut and his cheek is bruised.

"Jesus you've been sleeping for twenty years," he says laughing and shuffling a little trying to get comfortable. You wince a little at the movement. Tyler notices and places his hand on your head in sympathy.

"How long have I actually been out?" You say trying to move your head around a little, being upset that you can't move. You hated being immobile.

"A couple of hours. No biggie, but we might want to start heading back soon," Tyler responds, while slowly raising your head and sliding out from under you. You wince again at the pain, but you try not to show it. Tyler lays your head down gently on the ground, and stands up, stretching himself out. He reaches back down and puts his hands on your back to help you up. Pain sears through your body, but you continue to get up anyways. Once standing, Tyler grabs your arm and starts pulling you out of the cave. Once you get out, you both look at the darkening sky, and Tyler gets this flash of fear in his eyes.

"We have to get back to camp," Tyler says in a serious tone. It's the most serious you've ever heard it and it kind of scared you.

The sun is slowly falling in the sky like a feather. It's turning the sky into a painting of blue and orange. You suddenly remember that the Bishops hunt at night and set your pace a little faster. Tyler and you are half sprinting when you see the torches light up the sky, like a giant flashlight signaling for help, over the hill. You hear Tyler sigh as he looks over to you.

"So uh, they're gonna ask what happened over there, and I need you to not say anything okay?"

You tilt your head completely confused.

"Look, I know you felt the pull too, and I'm not letting them know that about us. We are different and they don't like different. Especially when it comes to DEMA. So just stay quiet, and I'll do all the talking, okay?" His brown eyes have softened since earlier and they seem to glare right into your soul. It makes you blush a little as you nod your head in agreeance. Tyler gives you his little light-hearted smile and grabs your arm pulling you towards the very awake camp. As soon as you come over the hill, people are yelling. This time, not happy though. They seem pissed. Your breathing gets heavy as you realize that it's because of you and Tyler being gone.

Everyone runs up yelling and screaming at Tyler and you. Their faces painted with rage. Behind everyone, you see Josh standing back by the tents. His arms are crossed and you make eye contact with him. You can see the disappointment in his eyes and it sends a pain into your heart. Josh shakes his head and walks off. You try to see where he goes, but the crowd blocks your view.

"What the hell were you thinking?"

"Where were you guys??"

"We've been worried sick!!"

"We saw Nico and got scared!"

All of the screamings was too much. Your head started pounding and you closed your eyes. You felt someone grab your arm and drag you, but you didn't open your eyes until the sounds melted away. When you opened them, you saw Tyler was dragging you to a tent that you've never been to. It had a cross on it, so you expected it to be a medical treatment area thingy. And it was. As soon as you walked in, a lady looked over to both of you. She had bright blue eyes and beautiful blonde hair.

"Tyler, honey, we've missed you!" She came over and gave Tyler a big hug. You felt a pang of sadness in you, but you couldn't tell why. The blonde headed girl looked over at you and then back at Tyler. "So what seems to be the problem?" She askes with a bright smile. Her bright teeth amazed you, and you even felt a pang of jealousy.

"She hurt her head earlier, and has been having troubles with it all day," Tyler says as all three of you walk over to an empty bed. The girl nods her head and smiles at you. She softly pats the bed and walks over to a dresser and starts looking for items. Tyler walks over to her and whispers something to her. She just smiles and nods her head, and you start to feel left out. Tyler looks over at you, smiles and walks out of the tent.

The young girl walks back over to you with some gauze and some pills that you've never seen before. She also brought you a cup of water and motioned to the pills and water. You grabbed the pale colored pills, popped them in your mouth, sipped some water, and swallowed them. All while the beautiful girl was moving your head around. She noticed when you winced and started moving your hair around a little. She finally put your head in a weird position, put a thick bandage down, then started wrapping your head. It was a tight wrap, but immediately you felt pressure taken off your head and it felt a lot better.

After a couple of minutes, you started getting drowsy. A side effect of the pills. The girl notices you getting tired and moves you to lay you down. Your eyes are getting heavy as you lay in a comfy sleep position.

"Wait, wh-what is your name?" You ask slowly. The bright blue-eyed girl smiles and says

"Jenna. My names Jenna."

Everything goes dark.
