Chapter Thirty-Five: The Time Of Our Lives

It's been two months since Margareth's death and things are better than ever.

My grandmother Rose is finally having some peace and taking care of her garden. My parents are still a little shaken abou everything that happened but they are doing fine. Jenna is still going strong with Aiden and well for the rest of our friends they all are doing great, living the time of their lives.

Well they werent the only ones. I was also having the time of my life. Scott and I are better than we ever expected, its true that it's still weird for some people to accept that an angel and a demon are together but they will get over. Our families did, so can they.

I was now getting some books from my locker for the next class when I see a shadow behind me.

-Is Gracie getting ready for her next class?

I turned to face my amazing demon boyfriend.

-You'll never going to stop calling me that, right?

-Of course not. That's just cute...hold on did I just say the word 'cute'??

Scott asked with a frown and a shocked face, well I laught and nod telling him that he did use the word cute.

-You see what you do to me?!?! I know use these weird and cheesy words, totally not me. Anyway, do you have any plans for this weekend?

-No but I feel that I'm about to have.-I said, expecting him to say what was in his mind.

-In fact you do, we are going to do a little trip.

-A trip? To where?-that was unexpecting.

-Cant say, it's a surprise.

-Ohh cmon, tell me.

-Nope.

-Please!!

-Try again.

-I'll give you a kiss.-I said hoping that it would work.

-Tempting but no. I want this to be a surprise and I'm sure you will love it.

The bell start ringing and we went to class. I wonder where is he taking me, that guy is full of surprises.

At the end of the day I was walking back home, when a car stopped by my side, and Scott came out of it.

-What are you doing here?-I asked him.

-I was thinking all day about the way I would tell you to where are we going, the guys even gave me some ideas, like cliché ideas, and you know I'm not like that right?

-Yes...

-So I just though I would tell you

-Okay...so where are we going?

-New York.

New York?!?! Wait was he serious?!?! Was he really taking me to New York?!? He knows how badly I want to go there but I never though he would actually take me. Hold on, what if he is joking...he better not be joking, my heart wont take it.

-Are you serious?

The simle on his face started to vanish and he looked really worried.

-Yes...you didnt like the idea. Damn it, I should have asked you first, I...

-No no, I love the idea, I really really love it.

-Really?

-Of course, you know how much I wanted to go to New York, and now you are taking me there, thats just...god, I dont even have words to describe it.

-Well it gets better.

-How?-I asked him.

-I talked with James, Nick and Aiden and we all agree to take you, Jenna and Sarah to New York. We are all going on the trip.

-Seriously?

-Yup.

I smiled and gave him a big hug.

-Scott Meyes you are the best. The best guy, the best friend, the best boyfriend, and of course the best demon...I Love you so so much.

-Well Grace 'Gracie' Collins, I can say the same about you, but honestly you are here, you are with me and that's something I never though it would happen, I never though someone would actually accept me like I am.

-You mean a demon?

-No, I mean an idiot...I totally can be an idiot sometimes.

-That's true, but I still love you.

-I know and I love you a lot, like a lot.

-I cant believe this is happening, that we are finally together and happy. There's no one who can stop us now.

-Well believe it Grace, because this is forever.

Long time no see, huh?? Well apparently  college takes a lot of your free time...

Well this is it, this book is over, but I have to tell you this was a hell of ride.

Second, I really hope you like it, I know it wasnt the best thing ever, but I did try my best.
