Chapter 21 : Missing You

Jennie impatiently tapped her fingers on her table. Her gaze fixed on the huge wall clock and the sound of the ticking sound. *Tring*
The bell rang and she didn't waste a second and rushed out of the classroom.
She ran across the large corridors of the school, her eyes searching for some particular group of people. She sighted in relieve as she found her friends already standing near the parking lot.

"Jennie is here!"
Irene shouted as Jennie approached them.

"Come on! Let's go. Everyone is here!"
Taehyung lovingly held Jennie's hand and everyone sat on their seats.

They are currently going to the hospital which was 7 km away from their school.

Jisoo's P.O.V

"Hey Jisoo!"
I heard Irene's voice.

"Oh! All of you came so early"
I chuckled trying to lighten up the mood.

"Jisoo unnie how is Lisa?"
Jennie spoke.

I looked at her and her eyes........Her eyes screamed pain and sadness.

"Oh! That Lisa! I'm going to kill her when she wakes up I swear! "
I joked.

Jennie remained silent.

All of us decided to go to the canteen and have lunch as I'm 100% sure that they all haven't had anything till now.

But Jennie, as usual refused to eat.

"Jendeuk I swear If you don't eat then i'm going to kill you"
I convinced her.

"Let me go and meet her for once unnie please!"
She begged.

"Okay...... But come back soon. I'll be waiting for you  and when you comeback only we will eat together."
I said in defeat as there is no point of arguing with her.

Jennie nodded and we parted our ways.

Me towards the canteen and she towards Lisa.

Jennie's P.O.V

I walked towards Lisa.

Wires were fixed all over her body.
She layed in the white bed with her pale face.
Bandages were all over her head and hands.

"Unnie!!!"
I called out.

I sat in the chair beside her bed.

I reached out for her cold hands and held it.

"It feels lonely with you"
I said.

"Unnie I had a test today...... And guess what? I failed!"
I chuckled.

I felt guilty at myself because Lisa unnie would have scolded me whole day.......

" I'm sorry....... But to be honest  I can't really concentrate on my studies. And don't you have exams coming up???? Don't shout the whole day because you didn't study"
I said to her as if like she was right next to me listening to me.

I sighted.

"Unnie? "
I called out again.

But I didn't get any response...... Instead I heard the irritating sound of beeps all over the room.
