Chapter 9 : Crybaby Nini

"I hope she will be okay!"

"Don't worry Noona.She will be fine."

"I hope so Tae!"

"Are you coming to school today?"

"No.I'll just stay with Unnie for today!"

"Okay.I can bring something for you both while coming back from school."

"Hm..That's a good idea."

I heard Jennie and Taehyung talking.

Huh? How did I get here.

I opened my eyes and I realized that my head still hurts so much.
I groaned in pain.
"Go to school Jen"

"Unnie! You are wake.How are you feeling now? Does it anywhere hurt?"
She had a relieved look on her face.

"Hmm..I'm totally fine now Jen.Don't worry."
I smiled at her.

"Told you Jen....UNNIE ! when you was sleeping Jen was so worried.She was about to cry."
Taehyung said while standing up and packing his bag.

I giggled and hugged my baby.
"Come here Jen"

Hopefully she obeyed and hugged me.

"Now go to school"
I said as I patted her back.

"Are you mad? I'm not going.I'll stay with you."
She pouted.

I just agreed because I didn't want to force her.Even if I did, she would be ignoring me for the whole day.

Soon Taehyung left and Jen said that she will cook breakfast and headed towards the kitchen.

I quickly took my medicines and headed downstairs.I know my head is hurting more but I can't show her.I have to pretend.

Suddenly I felt a vibration in my hand and to my surprise Jisoo was calling me.

I checked the timing and it was 11 am and I guess History classes will be going on now.

"Hello?"
I asked.

"Lisa yah how dare you? I hate you."
Jisoo yelled from the other line.

"What did I do? Why are you so angry!?"
I yelled back.

I heard her mumbling some words.

"And why are you calling me? Aren't you supposed to be taking classes?"
I questioned.

"Are you fine now?"
She calmly asked.

"Yeah Jisoo I'm totally fine.Don't worry."
I tried to sound as calm and happy as possible.

"Don't lie to me Lis.If you were totally fine you would be in school now!"
She said which made me speechless.

Am I that bad at lying?

"Its just that...Mm my head hurts."
I was about to say something but I heard A voice calling Jisoo's name.It was probably Professor's voice.

"Shit ! Gotta go Lis.Take care"
Jisoo whispered.

"Yeah sure.Jennie is with me."

"Bye"

"Bye"
And with those words she ended the call.

I sighted.

"I wonder what did I do that God gave me such good friends!"
I mumbled.

"UNNIE breakfast is ready!"
Jen shouted.

I was quite hungry so I immediately ran towards the dining area and seconds later,only the sound of the munching food was heard so I decided to break the silence.
