Chapter 20 : Alive!!!

Nayoen's P.O.V

Three weeks.

Exactly three weeks have passed since the incident took place and she is still not awake.

I don't think I have the capability to think and explain everything from the beginning.

Everything took place like the blink of an eye.

Flashback~

"Lisa yah! Will you hurry up? I got a lot of work to do after this!"
I impatiently said as I tapped my foot on the floor repeatedly.

"Just one more minute Nayoen!"
Lisa said as she continued to look through the things.

"You've been saying that since an hour. Now hurry up"
I squealed.

A few more minutes passed and at last she finished to buy her things.

"Let's go!"
She said smiling from ear to ear.

"We better hurry Lisa."
I said as I linked my arm with her.

As we were about to cross the road, Lisa suddenly stopped walking.

"What's the matter?"
I asked and Lisa just showed an apologetic smile to me.

"I'm sorry unnie. I think I left my phone on that shop. You go ahead. I'll just go and get it back"
She ran away from me.

I didn't get the chance to reply her so I simply went to the car and waited for her.

After some time, she came out from the shop.

She was about to cross the road when........

*Bang*!

A large truck just came and hit her.

"Lisa!"
I shouted as I came out from the car.

End of flashback~

Since then, I feel like I've been trapped inside. Like I've lost a part of me.

Lisa's condition is worst then anyone can imagine.

Does she deserve this?

Does she and her friends including me deserve this?

Does Jennie deserve this?

I don't think anyone of us did something so bad that we deserved this.

"Excuse me miss?"
I heard a voice.
I looked up and saw a lady using white uniform. I guess she is a nurse.

"Oh yes. What do you want? "
I politely said as I stood up and bowed to her.

"Patient Lisa's blood pressure is slightly decreasing so we will be feeding her with low fat foods.
I just wanted to say that to you."
She said and bowed before leaving.

I sighted and sat down.
"Lisa Please wake up soon!"
I Whispered to myself.

These three weeks that we have gone through are the worst days of my life.
Not only me, but for all my friends and dear ones.

This is not the end.
We are going to fight for you Lisa yah.
No matter what it takes.
You are going to make it out.
Alive!

Fully aware of what the upcoming days awaits.
I promise myself that I won't give up.

We won't give up.

"Everything happens for a reason!"
I half heartedly smiled as I remembered the days when Lisa used to encourage all of us by saying that.

"We all won't give up for you! "
