One night whilst exploring the abandoned LA Mall, there was a female scream. "W-what's that??" Colby whispered to Sam who was crouched beside him. "it sounded like it came from the top floor..." Sam quickly stood up. They both put their guards up, n...
Yet again, almost as soon as we woke up the day after, the guys were planning a trip back to the Millennium Biltmore Hotel downtown. We packed bags again and only three days after the Cobb Estate experience we were off to begin another video. It was a lot of work and exhausting at times, but I kinda liked being a semi-YouTuber. With our normal group of 3 companied by Jake and Corey again we drove the few minutes downtown (realistically it was a little longer because of LA traffic). I blared panic! at the disco (orinsertfavsinger/band) and stared out the window to pass the time we waited in the traffic. I already wasn't ecstatic about going back but this time we were going to be staying in the "Presidential Suite" since their fans exceeded the 1.01k like limit. Great. I slipped off my black checkered Vans (orotherkindofshoe) and shifted to where I could prop my feet up on the front passenger seat where Sam sat, but ended up putting them back due to Jake poking my leg repeatedly since he was in the middle and they were in his way (even though he knew I was only messing with him.)
After maybe 20 minutes (not including traffic), we finally were pulling up to the luggage unloading pavilion. "I think we should make a pact before we even go inside. No matter what happens this time, we stay until morning. You down?" Sam said to the lot of us. There was a brief silence. "So overnight overnight? Overnight." Corey asked. "Yes overnight. No matter whatever scary happens, even if we have another crazy ghost experience, we cannot leave this hotel." Sam clarified again. "So what if a ghost status clapping your cheeks?" Jake asked and I tried not to giggle. Sam looked dead into the camera with a wink, "Then I'm gonna have to enjoy it." I couldn't help myself from laughing. "It's gonna be a looongnight." Sam said as we walked in. Jake went off to get a luggage cart, though one was not needed; he rolled through the front doors on it, I shook my head and laughed. I really wanted to join but Colby shot me a 'don't you dare' glance so I looked at the ground and smiled wide. The cart was only used to push me up to the room which was on the 11th floor. Despite Corey's protests that we stop, we mushed down the halls laughing and cutting up. Jake and I had grown close from moving into the house around similar times.
We set our few bags down- we only had one each besides Sam with the recording equipment- and explored the place. It was only about 8:45 and we were going to do something "spooky" at 3a.m from what I was told by Jake. Sam had also said "no matter what happens, we're staying overnight." So that's something to look forward to -_-. {Note: lookatColbyandJakesfacesat 5:30 inthisvideo 😹}
Along the hallway to our room, the presidential suite, we found the same memorial to Elizabeth "The Black Dahlia" Short that we saw them last time. So again, Colby explained her death to the camera with great detail (much more than I would've liked) and we trekked on through the labyrinth that is the Millennium Biltmore Hotel. But we went back to the lobby. "Uughhh can we go to the room now? I'm tired and my feet hurt." I complained. "We've been walking for 20 minutes, Kaitlyn." Corey said, giving !e a weird look. "Yeah but I'm tired." I complained more. "I told you not to stay up all night on your phones again, Kait." Colby said, and without warning, bent over, grabbed my legs and threw me over his shoulder. "This is not what I meant by 'carry me peasant'! I take it back!" I tried to wiggle off his shoulder but then realized that I had no choice but to be carried like a sack of potatoes the rest of the way to the room. After a little while of walking, Colby put me down for a second. He rolled his shoulder around to massage the muscle, "I'll carry you again in a second, we're close though. And will try to carry you the right way, you were beginning to hurt my shoulder like that." I nodded. "There it is guys- the ice machine. Just kidding, the presidential suite." Colby giggled and it was the cutest thing. The guys goofed off all the way to the room but as soon as we opened the door, smiles became serious expressions- besides Jake obviously. "Oh my god..." Sam said as soon as the door creaked open the slightest. "It looks like our house." "It does!" Corey said. "Look at that ceiling titty! That nipple straight sagging!" Jake said. And just like before, I looked at him with a 'what the fuck' look. He shrugged it off. The exploring of the room was amazing and somewhat weird thanks to Jake the Third Grader. "Ooh! A library!" I shrieked excitedly. "I've never heard of a mouse who's excited about books." Sam said. "Or a smart mouse." Jake added. "Who wants to go down the creepy stair case first?!" Corey asked. He obviously was not going to be the volunteer. I shoved playfully through the crowd, "Outta my way pansies. Let the girl show u how it's done." I walked slowly down the stakes but, getting nervous, I frantically looked for a light switch, but to no avail. I walked a little further then found it. "No no no. Colby, walk straight down that hall." Corey dared him. Which he did. "Come on colby- come back." I walked after him but couldn't see him. I ventured slowly on with the other guys talking behind me, Colby talking to them in front of me, and only a red dot from the camera to guide me towards him. I bumped into him, which made me jump... and have a slight heart attack. "Ahh!" I squeaked as I hit his back. I heard him turn in the darkness and a little click come from the camera. He grabbed the arm that I was using to clutch his jacket. "Yeah its really by creepy back here guys, in gonna explore it more in the dark." The all said ok and he traveled his hand up my arm until it met my face. He gently stroked a strand of hair behind my ear, trying not to make a wrong move. The other hand that still held the presumably-off camera snakes around my waist. There were butterflies in my stomach. I've watched too many romantic movies to be oblivious to what he was about to do. "Hey. Is this ok?" He asked in a deep, but soft whisper. I was at a loss for words. All I could manage to do was nod. I felt his hot breath as he got closer. I began to panic- I !meanIwantto. WhatifIdosomethingwrong? AmIready-? Now, I k ow what you might be thinking of you were a dirty minded person like me. I assure you it wasn't like that Before I could finish my final thought, his soft, warm lips pressed lightly against mine. I was immediately sent to what I thought to be heaven it sure seemed a hell of a lot like it. Bit all good things don't last forever, I was soon sent down to earth again. My face red and burning hot. I ran my hand through his brown hair a couple times. The only thought I had in my mind once it was over was how much I love Colby Brock.
