Enjoy the meme I made of Samuel. Hehe.

It was pretty dark once we got to the other side of the park so I made sure to stay close to whoever had the camera, since it had a giant light on it. We walked for a minute then Colby turned on the camera to record us walking toward the trail. "So guys, the bad things about this trail is that there's like 20 different directions to actually get to this bench." "We haven't done this before, it's in the middle of the forest, and it's not a clear path." Sam said. "So I'm hoping we can find this- eh, we're gonna find this!" He changed his attitude mid-sentence. "I hope so. This is what I came for." I said smiling, the duo chuckled. "It goes straight uphill for .2 miles." Sam read from his phone. "Geez." I commented. "Is this illegal?" Jake asked. "No." Sam and Colby answered simultaneously.

We walked for about 15 minutes when Colby decided to do another update as a park range drove past. "There's a park ranger coming up on us right now, but I font think we're doing anything wrong so let's just keep walking." After walking down the road even more, we reached a fork in the road. Weirdly, the ranger that drove by was still there, parked across from the street we were turning onto. That's kinda strange... I thought. "It's getting scawwy!!" Colby joked. "We can't afford to have a park ranger stop us. I know this isn't illegal, but they might ask us not to hike at night. So we won't turn on the light until we get higher into the mountain." Sam explained. So much for staying near the camera, I thought again.

Colby turned the camera back on for a quick update again. "We found where we have to take a hairpin turn right. This has been a long hike so far. It's only been, like, 10 minutes but I'm out of breath already." "Yeah, I know. Its a series of ups and downs and many hills." Sam said. He started looking on his phone and stopped all of a sudden. "Wait... shit." The blonde mumbled. "What?" Colby stopped as well. "I'm not 100 percent sure but I think we've been going the wrong way the whole time." He sighed frustratedly. "You're kidding me." Corey said. Colby informed the camera that we went the wrong direction and said that we had to walk all the way back to where we saw that park ranger. He turned off the camera with a sigh and we started to hike back to where we were about 30 minutes before.

We jogged some to save time since it was getting late. And soon we were on the right track. However, the "right track" was going uphill. For the first time so far, we saw other hikers. "Was there like an elderly person convention over here?" Sam asked after the other group had passed. We giggled, but Corey immediately spotted an animal running across the path in front of us and got scared. "It was like 20 yards in front of us." "It could be a chupacabra." I teased. "Don't say that." He frowned. "It was probably a big cat or a wolf." "And that's better??" I said loudly. Sam started to check his phone for directions when we figured out we went the wrong way again. When we were on the right path this time, we decided to take a short break. "Sorry, if we're breathing heavy. We just climbed up a straight up, steep hill." Colby said to the camera. In the distance, Sam spotted more people with red flashlights ahead of us. But we asked the next group that came by for directions because I was sure we were lost. The lady said that she had been to the picnic before, but didn't know how to get there from where we were. We thanked her anyway and kept trekking in the same direction.

Colbs did another camera update after we walked another mile. "We just walked another mile. We also have to take breaks every 10 minutes be cause we suck at walking. I don't go to the gym." He said. I chuckled behind him. "Hush!" He turned around to look at me. A few minutes after that, we found even more people. "Is it just me, or is every single person doing this hike 60 years old?" Sam said. "Are they having a convention at this haunted bench?" Colby immediately got distracted by the view of the city behind Sam. "The view is beautiful behind you, dude!" He said. "Everyone screenshot this and tweet it at us with hashtag sexyboy Sam!" "First Jake, now you're cheating on me with Samuel??" I laughed. "Oh no. That'll rile the fans up." Colby said. "Y'know, that reminds me of that one video of you guys from a few years ago that I saw. That one where-" I smirked. "No, no we don't talk about that video." Sam knew exactly what I was talking about.
