I knock wildly on Sebastian and Rami's door.

"Open up, bitch!" I scream from outside. "Open up!"

Sebastian turns the knob on the door and opens it. He flashes a creepy smile at me.

"You're late!" He screams, as if he's upset. "It's almost morning!"

"Look, this task took a lot of contemplating," I say, looking down at the floor in embarrassment. We then meet eye to eye. "So, what do you want?"

"It's not the easy, Katherine," Sebastian says, acting like what I said was funny. "It's not what I want, it's what you need!"

"Whatever," I scoff. "Just let Rami go!"

"Katherine! Katherine, please help me!" Rami says from his bed. Where he's tied up.

"Oh my God!" I shout. Sebastian slams the door and locks it. I should go tell somebody, but I am so in shock. Seeing Rami held hostage is paining.

The door opens back up again. Sebastian appears. Rami now has duck tape covering his mouth.

"Good, you're still here!" He says, relieved. "I need you to kill my algebra teacher and give me an A on my report card!"

"What?!" I choke on the words, and they can hardly come out. "That's... thats... awful!"

"But if you don't do that, Rami might never be free," Sebastian says with a manipulative smirk."And I know how much you love him, right?"

I can't even speak I'm so flabbergasted. But for the past three days, all I have thought of is living in the mountains with Rami and our two kids and four dogs, and we'll drive up to Broadway everyday for my work. It will beautiful. It's the life I need..

The life I will die trying to get!

"Who's your algebra professor?" I say, ashamed my feelings have come to this.

"Professor Yeahs," He says, and I think he's surprised I'm doing this, too. "Old man, strict, always wears khakis. You know him! Well, our report cards for first semester have to be finished by twelve, so, I suggest you get on it!"

"Can I borrow your knife," I ask, trying to sound kind.

"You need to provide your own knife," he laughs.
