Chapter - 11

OMG i am finally back after all this time, Gomen Gomen GOMEN!!!!! Please forgive me and i hope you will enjoy this!

Romeo:

His face, I know him. But the name doesn’t match. Did he change it? He must have. This man was the cause of my nightmares when I was little, he has haunted my dad for years!

His name was Genaikro I see how he rearranged his name into Kageniro, clever. Genaikro was an evil wizard who prayed on the families of guild wizards while they were away on missions. This man tore my family apart, he is why my mother left us!

‘Control, you have to be calm. Keep your head or you will blow it!’ I tell myself. ‘I cant tell him my real name he might recognize it’ I blurt out the first name that came into my head, “My name is Natsu Dragneel” ‘Crud, good going genius” I scold myself.

“Well young Dragneel, I am pleased to make your acquaintance.” His voice hits my ears like nails on a chalk board. “Im sure this boy will do just fine for our mission.” He tells the others.

“Are you sure boss?” The bartender asks, “You didn’t..”

“I don’t need to, I can tell her is the one just by looking at him.” A malicious smile stretches across his face and sends chills down my spine. What if he recognizes me? If he find out who I am I will be dead in less than a second!

~Flash back~

“Daddy Whats going on?” A tiny frail voice asks from the darkness.

“It will be alright Romeo just stay here and don’t go anywhere.” An Affirming fatherly voice tries to sooth the little one. “Atsuko, you have to stay here with our son.” 

“Makao, this is exactly what I have been warning you about ever since you joined that ridiculous magic guild!” His wife scolds him as silent tears fall from her eyes.

“Suko this is not the time! I know you are afraid, but I have to protect you two. He is on his way here and if I cant stop him…” Makao shudders at the thought.

“You will stop him. I have always had faith in you Makao.”

I shake the memories of huddling with my mother in our dark cold basement from my mind. This man tore my family apart and now I finally have the chance to set things straight. 

The next thing I know I am being whisked away in a crowd of smelly wizards toward the back on the building. Then everyone loads up into several magic mobiles and taken to what I am guessing to be our secret hideout. Once we are there I see just how much in over my head I really am…

Crimson Crimson – blood red crimson is everywhere! I see so many different Symbols, family crests, and signs. People have to marks on their bodies, on their clothes, on their weapons, absolutely everywhere! Merchants guilds, political parties, business logos, and everything is drenched in red.

“show the boy the wall.” Genaikro tell one of his henchmen. I am forced through the mass of dark wizards to a wall lined with all the symbols that I have seen scattered throughout the room.

“This wall contains the symbol of every one of our allies, you must study them so that you can identify them or spot a counterfeit in an instant. It could mean your life.” Is all he tells me before leaving me there on my own.

~ Flash back ~

“Mommy come back!” Little Romeo begs in tears.

“You’ll be fine just stay there, I have to go help daddy.” Is all she tells him.
