Lenny was on guard duty, waiting patiently for you to come back to camp. You had joined the girls, and went into town alongside Arthur and Uncle this morning. He knew how much you wanted to go, as you had been asking him to take you there for days, but he'd rather have you at camp, safe, than risking it and have you find Pinkertons or O'Driscolls out there.
He couldn't stop you from going this morning, much to his dismay, albeit he was relieved to know you weren't alone. He trusted Arthur would protect you.
And so he waited.
And almost jumped for joy when he saw Arthur and Uncle coming back in the distance, with you and the girls in the cart laughing out loud. He let out a relieved sigh, grateful that you were okay.
As soon as Arthur was close enough to camp, he saw you jump out of the cart, and you ran towards him with a big grin plastered on your face. He smiled at you, and gladly embraced you the moment you threw yourself into his open arms.
