Chelsea's POV
Finally, back at the house, the silence between us still hasn't seemed to leave, the smiles on our faces ever-present, unable to be wiped off.
I feel like nothing will ever bring me down ever again.
I feel like nothing and no one, is ever gonna be able to affect the way that I feel now.
I just can't believe that it felt so good, that it 'still' feels so damn good.
It's honestly unlike anything I've ever known, or could ever try to describe.Reaching the front door, a giddy, excited yet mischievous feeling stirs inside me, turning my smile into a grin and a laugh to almost escape my lips.
After everything that's happened between me and Klaus tonight, I now feel like a naughty teenager who's got a secret to keep and family that'll be completely unaware, yet want to know everything.
Klaus sniggers, causing me to let out a small, breathy laugh. "Do you feel as naughty as I do right now?" I giggle in disbelief.
"Oh yes." He laughs at our cheeky little secret.
We sneak into the house, unsure if anyone's awake waiting for us to come home. Hoping to be able to get upstairs without drawing attention to ourselves, the thought of them all awake, waiting to ask us questions and knowing we'll be unable to hide what happened between us, due to the grins and giddiness. We giggle, shushing each other with our fingers as we try to hold in the laughter that wants to burst out of us.
Klaus quietly pulls me close to him, turning us, pressing himself against me as my back presses against the wall, My eyes instantly slam shut at the touch of his lips ghosting mine, my brows raise as his lips finally touch mine, surprised he's kissing me in the house, when at any moment someone could walk in and see us.
He prys his body away from mine, backing away, appearing to lead me as he continues to kiss me.
Hearing someone come downstairs he pulls me into the family room. He presses his body against mine again, his hands on my waist as we smirk, holding back a giggle as Rebekah routes through the fridge, unaware we're here and unaware of what just happened between us in the kitchen.
Klaus' eyes seem so bright, happy and full of life.
I don't think I've ever seen him so happy...He quietly presses his lips against mine again, I feel his smirk grow at the thought of Rebekah standing in the kitchen completely unaware of what's happening in the next room.
We hear her walking back up the stairs. Klaus' lips now ghost mine, teasing me, 'and' himself. He presses his lips against mine again, quickly pecking me, his smile wide as he steps backward and lifts a bottle of bourbon up from behind the bar.
I giggle as he shakes it in his hands, knowing it's Elijah's and it's the only one he's got left. His wide grin gets closer as he takes my hand and leads me upstairs.
As we grow closer to our bedroom we can't seem to stop quietly giggling at each other, how sneaky we're being and how funny it would be to get caught.
Drunk in love, and on the booze we've consumed tonight at the bar, the two we had at the bar for the road before we came home, has left us finally starting to feel the effects, causing us to snigger as we stumble through the dark house, failing miserably to be quiet.
Once in the bedroom, we close the door and head over to the art room, once again closing the doors behind us. We giggle, knowing we're now in the clear, as no one will hear us in the art room.
