Here's a better ending for you guys

"What are you doing here? How did you even get out of that place" Derek asked with utter confusion laced within his voice as he pushed my body off of his.

"Did you really think I wouldn't get out and come find you." I questioned as I stood my body up and placed myself directly in front of him.

"You sent me to that place because apparently aurora wasn't real and genesis was dead because of me. So imagine my surprise when I found out that genesis was in fact alive and aurora was real and keeping you occupied."

I took a step closer to him, now being face to face with those beautiful eyes that still managed to make me melt every time I looked into them.

"Because of you, I took the torment and torture because I thought I deserved it. You made me think I was crazy, you made me think I wasn't stable. I was completely broken and it was all because of you."

My voice cracked and tears began to flow as I spoke those words, showing him every bit of emotion I had tried to keep contained for the 200 days that I had been locked away for.

"I loved you! I would've done anything for you! And this is how you repay me?" I spoke as I pushed him in the chest.

As my hands made contact with him he immediately grabbed onto my arms, stopping my actions.

"Do you really think that I care? Or care even the slightest about you? You coming here is doing nothing but making yourself look stupid. I don't regret sending you there in fact I'll send you right back." He stated.

My heart immediately dropped, and I felt as though I was going to be sick.

I would never in my life imagine hurting him as much as he's hurting me right now. All I ever wanted to do was love him, confide in him and heal his broken pieces.

"You don't care about me? You care about aurora? I personally don't think beating someone is a way to show your love and affection."

He clenched his jaw as he looked down upon me, anger and irritation clearly lingering in his eyes.

             "You have no idea what your talking about." He spoke as he rose his voice at me, becoming angrier by the second.

"I know she doesn't love you. I know she's trying desperately to get away from you. You think she wants to stay with someone like you? Someone who's compulsive and beats her? I saw it in her eyes. She hates you but she's too afraid to leave." I started before taking a pause

"Maybe that's why your family left you, maybe that shit story you told me about your broken family was really because of you. Maybe that's why you only have Delany, because you just aren't safe." I stated, repeating the words he told me once before.

"But it's okay, she doesn't have to worry about you now, especially since I've taken care of her."

His face scrunched together in confusion and distain as he took a step closer to me closing the gap between us. His tall figure was now towering down at me as he looked me directly in the eyes.

For a moment, fear washed through me. His cold demeanor and hard gaze towards me was enough to make my blood run cold- reminding me of the doctor who once haunted me in my dreams.

"Where is she?" He spoke out spitting venom directly at me

No matter how angry he was, nothing could compare to the rage I had built up inside of me.
