Before you read this story I want you to know this is a 6-part story but I didn't want to make a separate book so I just put it in this one. Hope you like it.

Background:
Every person on Earth is born with a tattoo on each arm. One matches your soulmate, and one matches your worst enemy. However, most people have no clue which is which. But you do, because they are both the same.

I tapped my pink, mechanical pencil against my desk as I watched the seconds on the clock tick by. It felt like today was taking forever and it was only second period. I was anxious for later. At the end of second period I had to go to the main office to give a tour to a new student.

You may wonder why I'm nervous about giving a tour to a new student because I do it all the time. I even became best friends with one of the people I gave a tour to. But this one was different. This kid got expelled from Southside High and had to come here. And it is almost impossible to get expelled from that place so you can understand why I was a little scared.

I had asked Principal Weatherbee to tell me about the person but he wouldn't say a thing. I'm not even sure if this kid is a girl or a boy. So when I asked what the kid did to get expelled I was told that was none of my business and to not worry about it. But I couldn't help but do exactly that.

Finally the time came for the end of second period. I gave a sigh of relief as I packed up my things and made my way to my locker.

"Hey Betty!" Someone yelled from down the hall. I turned around to see a red-headed running towards me.

"Hey Arch." I said when he reached me.

"What are you up to after school today?" He asked as he walked beside me.

"I don't have anything." I said as we reached my locker. "Why?" I asked as I opened my locker and put away my books.

"Veronica and I were wondering if you wanted to go with us to Pop's after school with us?" He asked.

"Yeah totally." I responded as I shut my locker door.

"Cool." He said as he ran his hand through his hair and as he did I caught a glimpse at the tattoo that was placed on the top of his forearm. It was a little, black rose. Veronica had the same one.

I started walking towards the office and he followed me. "Isn't your next class the other way?" He questioned.

"Yeah but the teacher already knows I'm going to be late. I have to give a tour to a new student." I told him.

"Do you know who it is?" He asked me.

"No." I sighed. "I don't even know if it's a he or a she. Principal Weatherbee told me nothing except that the student was from Southside High and had to transfer here for
'certain reasons'". I said, using air quotes since that's what Principal Weatherbee said to me.

Archie nodded and I continued. "So one can only assume that this kid had to transfer because they got expelled." I told him.

Archie stopped me and put his hands on my shoulders. "Just be careful alright. You know how the southsiders can be." He said to me.

"I will Arch. I got to go. See you at lunch."

"Bye." He waved at me then ran off.

I watched him for a second before I turned around to continue my route to the main office.

Once I reached the office I spoke to the secretary. "I'm here to see Principal Weatherbee." I told her.

She looked up at me and smiled. "He'll be ready in a few minutes" She said before looking back at her computer.
