Nandito na ko sa restaurant, dito kami magkikita ng business partner ko.
" Hey!" bati nito sakin sabay upo. Ngumiti lang ako bilang sagot. Halos walang pagbabago sa kanya kahit almost 4 years na simula nung huli ko syang nakita. " How are you?" tanong pa nito.
" I'm great!" taas noo kong sagot. Hindi ko na sya tinanong dahil I'm sure she's fine.
" Good to know." ngiting ngiting sagot nya.
" Here's the contract, if you have clarification just let me know." inaabot ko sa kanya ang papeles.
" Nah, I don't have any clarification." sagot nya ng di man lang binubuksan ang kontrata. Nasa folder kasi ito.
" But you---"
" Alam kong okay na tong ginawa mo. It's fine with me. So san ako pipirma dito?" tanong nito sabay bukas ng folder.
" Sa baba." maikling sagot ko.
" Done!" masayang sabi nya. Kinuha ko ang papel na hawak nya at inabot ang kamay ko, for a hand shake. Mabilis nya namang inabot ito.
" So let's go somewhere else... some private place." she uttered seductively.
" I have to go, ito lang naman ang pinunta ko." matigas na sabi ko. Tumayo na ako at aktong aalis na.
" Wait, let's talk. Please?" pakiusap nya.
