Elijah's POV After her little rant about embarrassingher in front of my parents.
Lia got up from my lap putting her hands on her hip waiting for something that I wasn't quite sure of.
"My goodbye/see you later hug" She asked sassily.
Lia held out her hands to pull me up from my chair.
I wrapped my hands around her small frame kissing her puckered lips and I felt her small hands moving towards my backside.
Lia's hands settled on my arse, she squeezed it twice before giving it a small hesitant slap making me jolt in surprise.
I didn't stop her because she's mine and I'm hers.
Lia finally pulled away after giving my arse one last squeeze and a much harder slap making me chuckle at her adorable antics.
"Bye hun, thanks for the long hug I needed that" Her short self got on her tippy toes to kiss my lips but the little minx went for my cheek and ran out the door before I could change that.
Nalia opened the door again, blowing a kiss my way and I caught it holding it to my heart.
'I'll get her back' I thought to myself grinning.
I pressed the intercom "Ms. Doris, come in my office" I told the assistant that was assigned to me.
I heard a knock on the door "What's my schedule for the day?" I ask the kindhearted middle aged woman.
"A meeting with the tailors of the new collection at 1 and your fitting for the new suits and tux from Mr. Alfonsi at 3. Then you're all clear for the rest of the day so hurry up and get ready to woo little Ms. Chen for that dinner and don't even try anything funny" She says the last part with a warning tone.
I laughed 'Oh, I'm doing something real funny during that dinner' I thought to myself smirking.
"Thank you Ms. Doris, but no promises" She rolled her eyes exiting my office.
I looked down at my watch it's 12:27 so I need to get going to meet the tailors.
Time Skip...
After completing my schedule for the day. I went home and noticed that my parents weren't here.
I called my mother "Hey mum, where are you?" I asked as I took a bite of the cereal bar in my hand.
"Your father and I went sightseeing of New York City" She said loud enough for me to hear.
It seems like they were in a noisy environment.
"Ok get home safe" Then she started making kissy sounds to the phone telling me love you too.
I went into my bedroom and slept off my tiredness.
