Elijah's POV "Elo, what's the problem? Why did you call" I ask my crying cousin through the phone speaker.
"David is having another Epileptic seizure and today is all the workers and drivers day off. I don't know what to do, please come help me" Lucia begins to cry more hysterically.
"Hey hey don't cry, I'll be there soon" I tell her in the most calming voice I could muster up.
"Elo, do you want me to pick up Landon from School?" I ask her and she immediately said No.
"I just don't want him to see his Father in this situation. He's not ready for that yet." I nod my head even though she couldn't see me.
"Ok, I'm going to drop the call. See you in a bit" I heard a barely audible Bye.
7 minutes later I pulled up to one of the Brick Stone homes on the Upper East Side.
I parked the car in front of the House getting out of the car after locking it.
I promptly walked up the Grey Stone stairs to knock on the door.
Seconds later Luc opens the door hugging me while sobbing into my chest. "Where is he?" Elo points up to the DNA structured staircase.
"He's in our room, I called the doctor after she instructed me not to put anything in his mouth and gently lay him on his side after the jerking stopped to keep his airway clear and David is a bit calmer now." She tells me while we walked up the stairs to their bedroom.
"David, do you feel a bit better now?" Elo asked walking around the bed and sat beside his body.
She started using the back of her hand to check his temperature and heartbeat.
David picks up his wife's hands kissing her knuckles and her palms gazing at her lovingly.
My heart warmed at the thought of Lia taking care of me like that and me looking at her like she's the only girl in the world.
"I brought someone" Elo signals her head towards my direction.
David turns his head a big smile took over his features and almost jumped out the bed until she shook her head pinning him back on the bed.
I enter into the bedroom more walking closer to the bed and leaned over doing a brotherly handshake with David.
"How is it going, bruv? My cousin treating you well?" I jokingly asked earning a soft punch on my arm.
"Shut up you, git" Elo punched my arm again a lot more harder than before.
David laughs looking over at his rubbing her cheeks "She treats me like a little baby and I don't have anything against it" He say lowering her head and pecking her lips.
"Stop it not in front of me" I scrunch my face in fake disgust to annoy them.
For the next 1 hour we were catching up on things, joking and laughter here and there.
Though Eloise and David's marriage was arranged.
They have been married for about five years now and still act like Secondary school students in the vanilla stage of their relationship.
At first, Elo was strongly against the arrangement until she met David and let's just say she became enchanted by his appearance, and chivalrous personality.
David is a 6'3 ft tall man, muscular yet lean body set.
He's the true definition or 'Tall, dark and Handsome'.
The man has light brown eyes that gaze at my cousin like she's his everything including their 4 year old son Landon.
David has been Epileptic since he was born and still struggling with his illness but that never came between he and Elo's happiness.
"David let me walk Elijah out he has to go back to work" She kissed David's forehead.
While he smiled tiredly before closing his eyes.
Elo and I walked back down the stairs until we got to the door step.
"Thank you and sorry for making you come here even though David condition got better." She said apologetically before wrapping her arms to hug me.
"It's alright David is like a Brother to me and make sure you call me each time this happens. Ok" I tell her and she nods in understanding.
As I was walking down the stairs to where my car was parked I heard my name being called.
"Elijah, please tell your girlfriend, your mum and I are taking her out on Saturday." Elo says with a cheerful squeal.
Eloise and Nalia became friends after they met at the Café.
Naila already met Landon and she treats him like the spoilt brat he is but she has yet to meet David because he's a damn workaholic.
Eloise doesn't appreciate that he overworks himself with his condition.
"Alright but don't ho anywhere dangerous or you wouldn't be able to see the end of my wrath" I warned her sternly.
"What do you take me for, cousin?" She had sassily asked then raised the middle finger at me before closing the door.
I shook my head chuckling at her childishness.
My phone pinged in my pocket meaning I have a notification or text message.
I pulled out my phone to see Nalia had texted me about some surprise in her office.
Dirty thoughts clouded my mind, unlocking the car door and turning on the ignition.
I drove off licking my lips at the thoughts of Nalia and her beautiful being.
