First Meet!

I was arranging my 2nd yearbooks after packing the 1st yearbooks. My friends entered my room so excitedly. I looked at them for a moment and then continued my work when they didn't respond.

'Hey, Vicky! Naalaiku Ramakrishna college freshers party da' Robin shouted all of a sudden breaking the silence in the room. 'So what?' I responded quickly to him.

'Nothing. We're going for that' Karthick said taking out a seat. I turned and looked at them with my confused reaction. 'What? How can we go over there?' I asked.

'My friend, Pranesh got me free passes for that party. So we are free to go over there' Robin screamed in joy. 'Control yourself' I said to him and so he remained silent. 'What about the classes? I can't miss that' I replied flipping my hair.

'Isn't it boring, Vicky? Just one day. Classes daily irukum but freshers party oru naal dhaan da varum' Ram said smilingly. I smiled at him and then thought for a moment. Something made me accept that thing and I readily nodded my head to them.

They all become happier than before and asked me to be there in the college tomorrow morning. I agreed and continued my work with a smiling face. Ram stayed with me for sometime when others moved out from there.

I woke up in the morning and extended my hand for my phone. I glanced at the screen casually. My eyes widened when I noticed the time, 8:53 am. I kicked off the bedspreads and then rushed inside the washroom. After getting ready, I walked towards the entrance to wear my shoes.

My mom started shouting at me as I skipped breakfast. I was hurrying so that I could escape from that little monster. After wearing the shoes, I headed towards my bike and that's when I heard that.

'It's already late ma. Ask Vicky to drop me' My sister shouted out from her room. I hit my forehead with a sigh and hurried inside the house to get my bike key. 'Maatikka kudathu, kadavule' I mumbled and returned back quickly.

I didn't find her out. That's a good sign. I smiled and started my bike but then from somewhere she appeared. She sat behind me with her sheepish smile. 'Pochu' I sighed.

'I'm already late. Erangu Varshu' I cried. 'Amma' She shouted and that's what her weapon is to attack me. My mom came out and asked me to drop her first. I sighed and dropped her in the school at first.

She got down from the bike and smiled looking at me. So she needs something from me. 'What?' I asked. 'Friends treat kettanga. Appa kitta last week idha solli money vangitten so avaru kitta kekka mudiyadhu' She said in a low tone.

I took out my purse with a smile and gave her the money she needed. 'Advantage eduthukaama ozhunga iru' I said looking at her straightly. She just nodded her head and rushed inside the school.

'Oh, God. Time aachu' I shouted and started my bike. I rode the bike so faster to the college and it took 10 mins to reach there. My friends were waiting for me outside the college. I parked the bike and joined them.

They hurried towards the auditorium. Ram and I walked faster talking to each other about random topics. I was looking at Ram as he was speaking to me and that's when I bumped on that girl. She was holding something and she left that on the ground when I bumped on her.
