Party Time!

I told my friends to arrive earlier itself when I was with Ram. I didn't find anyway to contact Angelina so I left her just hoping that she would come there on time.

We two were traveling in my dad's car and he was asking stupid questions to me. But I was diverting his thoughts and didn't make him think about his birthday. After few minutes travel, we reached the Le Meridien. We made our entry and just went towards our table along with our friends.

'Birthday party ah, Vicky?'Ram asked excitedly. 'Dei, nee innuma da enna nambura?' I asked smilingly. 'Athaana paarthen' He said and walked away. 'Ram, ithellam unaku thaan da' I said with a wide smile. He smiled and hugged me happily. That happiness in him is enough for me.

But I felt so bad when I didn't find her. As soon, we got seated the party organizer came towards us smilingly. 'Shall I bring the cake, sir?' He whispered to me. 'No, no. Few more friends are on the way. I'll let you know' I whispered back to him smilingly.

'Ok. Would you like to have something before that?' He asked little louder. 'What about Vodka?' Robin asked to Karthick. 'Hey, what's this? No way' I said to him angrily.

'What Vicky? We're here for a party, man' Karthick said with a smile. 'Seri solluda. Try pannuvom' Ram said with a smirk. 'Ram, nee oru cardiologist. Adha marakaadha' I said sternly. 'Dei, neenga thaan medical naanga arts thaan so naanga kudikalaame' Robin said with a wink.

'Are you mad? You're just 18. Think about your parents and be quiet' I said looking at them angrily. 'Sorry for that. We'll make our orders after sometime' I said to the waiter as he was waiting so calmly. 'Ok sir' He said and left the place. I stared at them and maintained silence for few minutes.

I was looking here and there silently when they all were conversing. 'Vicky, it's already late. Shall we start?' Karthick asked as they were annoyed. 'Surely she won't come da' Robin said with a smirk. I sighed and looked at Ram for a decision. 'Onnum problem illa. Innum konjam neram wait panlaam, machan' He said smilingly and that made me smile.

We waited for few more minutes and I smiled when I found Angelina and her friend entering inside. I got up and walked towards them. I took them to our table and asked to be seated. They two smiled looking at my friends. I introduced Robin and Karthick to them and she introduced Akshaya to us.

I signaled the organizer and so he made his way smilingly towards us. We ordered Non veg but Angelina and her friend ordered Vegetarian. Vegetarian ah?' I asked looking at Angelina. She just nodded her head and turned towards the organizer. 'Maatuna da' Ram whispered. 'Then make everything veg' I said to the organizer.

My friends glared at me when I smiled looking at Angelina. 'No need' She said looking at me. 'You just bring what they ordered' She said to the organizer. He nodded his head and left. 'Even my brother is Non veg, he would eat before me. It's not a problem for me' She said smilingly. 'And here Non veg food will be awesome, right? My friends have told me' She added.

I smiled looking at her and turned towards Ram. The organizer brought the cake at first. Ram was about to cut the cake but Robin popped the party popper. Ram was scared, even everyone jerked. All people over there turned and stared at us with their annoyed faces.

I wrapped my hands around Ram as he was feared. He smiled and cut the cake. He fed the cake first to me and I did the same. He then fed our friends and provided the cake to Angelina and Akshaya. We took our seats and started our talks.

After few minutes, we got our orders on the table. We had those while having so much fun. We all enjoyed the time really well. But in between, Robin and Karthick ordered drinks and had that even when I opposed them. 'Do you wanna change to another table?' I asked Angelina looking at my drunken friends. 'No. It's ok' She said politely.

Then it was time for us to leave as it was already late. 'I've brought the car. Shall I drop you?' I asked them. 'No thanks. We've our scooty' Angelina said with a smile. 'It's not safe to let you travel alone' I said looking at them tensely.

'Ram' I shouted and he came to me. 'Nee avangala drop pannitu veetuku vanthuriya? Naan ivangala drop pannitu vantharen' I said looking at him. 'Ok. Naan paathukuren' He said and walked towards them. They two were out of control since they drunk for the first time.

I helped Ram to get them inside the car. 'Robin bike key enga?' I asked Ram. 'It's with me' He said and gave that to me. 'Ok. Paarthu po' I said to him and moved towards their scooty. They two left the place in their scooty.  I started the bike and followed them back.

I followed them till they reached their house. I smiled myself looking at the house. I didn't think about identifying her house but it happened. Akshaya waved at me and went inside the house. Angelina smiled and came towards me.

'I really enjoyed. Thanks for that' She said smilingly. 'Naan thaan thanks sollanum. Thank you so much' I said looking at her with a smile. 'Actually this is so special to me. Ram is so closer to me. He lost his parents in the childhood itself and he was with his uncle. But en kooda thaan eppavum irupaan. He is more than a friend to me' I said and tears welled up in my eyes telling about him.

'Avanuku eppavum neraya relations irukanum nu aasai. Athanaala thaan ungala kupten. Thanks for coming. He was too happy with your arrival and that's enough for me' I said. A tear drop came out from eyes and it traveled through my cheek. 'Enna ithu chinna kozhantha maathiri' She said smilingly and wiped off the tear.

'That's my pleasure to be a friend of you and him' She said and smiled. 'Thanks a lot' I said and wiped off the tear on my face. 'Ok. Late aagiruchu. Parents thitta poraanga. Po' I said to her. 'No. They are not here. They are in Kerala and here I'm just with Akshaya' She said smilingly. 'Oh, ok' I said.

'Aprom freshers party apo walking distance apdinu sonnala? But college la irundha distance adhigam aache' I asked with a smirk. She giggled hearing that. 'Athu anaiku naan bus la thaan vandhen' She replied biting her tongue. 'Apo enkitta poi solliruka' I asked with a smile. 'Sorry. Athu first time paartha odane epdi bike la varatha?' She asked with her baby face.

I laughed hearing that from her. 'I can understand' I said and that made her smile. 'Ok. Paakalaam, good night' I said with a smile and started my bike. 'Good night, bye' She replied smilingly. 'Late aagiruchu paathu ponga' She said and smiled. I nodded my head and she just went inside the house. I waited until she locked the door and left the area in my bike.
