The tournament started and she hasn't arrived till now. All my college friends and students arrived there and the play was good enough. My team members were playing better than before and I was glad about that. I was turning around every single minute expecting that she would be there anywhere.

At one point, I lost my attention and missed the chance of shooting the ball. We missed the points and that made Robin stare at me angrily. I rubbed my eyes and focused the match as I lost hope. She won't come here and I don't want my friends to be disappointed.

I was dribbling the ball focusing only on the court. 'Vicky' Ram shouted all of a sudden. I quickly shoot the ball and turned towards him. I looked at him with my confused look but I smiled when I found Angelina standing beside him.

She showed me the thumps-up sign with a smile. I smiled widely and then I was able to focus the match clearly. I was then shooting the balls perfectly and we won the tournament. The trophy was given to us. My friends were celebrating the victory when my eyes searched for her in the crowd.

I found her moving out from there. I quickly ran towards her and walked beside her. 'Hi' I voiced out. 'Hey. Congrats' She said looking at me. 'Enna kelambitta?' I asked. 'Game over thaana? Aprom enna?' She asked looking up at me smilingly.

'Ok. At least, will you wait for me two minutes? I'll be here soon' I asked her looking back at my friends. 'Ok' she replied after a moment. I rushed inside and changed my outfits. I took my bag and returned back to her. I found her talking to a guy and I wasn't able to look at that guy so clear.

I went near to them and hit my forehead when I noticed Ram talking to her. I stared at Ram when he showed his sheepish smile. 'Hey Vicky' He said and came near to me. That's when she noticed my arrival and smiled at me.

'Ok. I'm leaving, bye' Ram said and then quickly started to walk. 'Dei, enga da pora?' I asked looking at him. 'Aprom meet panlaam da, bye' Ram replied. 'Hey, night basketball court la meet panlaam. Varuvalla?' I asked looking at him. 'Ok. Night meet panlaam' He said and left the place.

I turned back towards her and she was standing there looking around the place. 'Why did you ask me to wait?' She asked as soon she noticed me looking at her. 'Coffee?' I asked with my eyebrows raised.

She first didn't accept but then came out with me. I took her to the nearby cafe and we talked a lot on the way. We entered inside and took our seats. To my bad luck, we found no one over there. 'Let me check' I said looking back at the counter. 'Enna brother? You'll be tired. Naan paakuren wait' She said and got up from her seat.

She walked towards the counter and I smiled looking at her concern. But then only I realized her words. "Brother ah? Naana? Pochu" I thought to myself. After a moment, she came back and seated. 'I ordered Veg sandwich and fries. Is that ok with you?' She asked looking at me with a smile.

'Yeah, fine' I replied. 'I thought you won't come but you came. Thanks for coming' I said with a smile. 'That's ok, brother. That was a nice game and you played really well' She said smiling at me.

'Hey, I forget to give you one thing' She said and quickly took her bag. I looked at her excitedly and my excitement raised when I looked at the gift, she held in her hand. 'Congrats' She said extending that gift to me. 'for what is this?' I asked with a smile and got that from her.

'You won so a small gift' She said with a smile. 'Ok. When did you buy this?' I asked looking at that box which was wrapped perfectly. 'Morning' She replied faster. 'Huh? What if I have lost the match?' I asked raising my eyebrows.

'I just guessed that you would win because I know you won't call these many people if you don't have the confidence in you. And as expected, you won' She finished smilingly. I looked at her with a smile for a moment. 'Chinna vayasula irundhu bayangarama padipiya?' I asked with a sigh.

'Why?' She asked. 'Illa ivlo clever ah irukiya adhaan keten' I said and that's when our orders arrived on the table. Everything was placed on my side and nothing was on her side. 'Hey, didn't you order anything for you?' I asked with a confused look. 'I don't need anything' She replied with a smile.

We two had a real fun time talking to each other. The bill arrived and she was about to pay the bill that's when I came thereafter washing my hands. 'Hey, naan thaan pay pannuven' I said while snatching that from her. 'Just give me that. I'll pay' She said to me. 'Naan thaana kuptu vandhen? Appo naan thaan pay pannuven. Next time nee pay pannu' I said and walked towards the counter.

I paid the bill and we two came out from there. 'Advantage edukuren apdinu nenachukaadha. Actually, naalaiku Ram birthday so we're planning for an evening party at le Meridien. Will you come?' I asked looking at her. She didn't say anything but was thinking while looking somewhere.

I just nodded my head looking at her. 'Epdi pova?' I asked. 'Scooty iruku' She said with a smile. 'Ok,' I replied with a nod. 'It's getting late. You better move on. Thanks and bye' I said looking at her smilingly.

'Ok. Bye' She said and walked towards her scooty. She started and rode that after looking at me with a smile. I smiled myself and stood there itself till her scooty fades away from my eyesight. Then I started my bike and headed to my house.
