Daenerys

   "Knock-knock-knock!"
Dany abruptly sat up rattled at the sound from the chamber door. She was surprised to find herself alone in Jon's bed. She got out of bed and made her way to the door, 'maybe it's Jon' she thought.
Dany opened the door not caring that she was in her slip. To her dismay Missandei was the one who knocked. Dany quickly allowed her in.
"Missandei, how did you know where I was? This is Jon's chamber and what time is it? It's hard to tell, the northern climate is much darker than expected."
She saw her friend smile, "Your Grace, Lord Snow sent me to get you ready. It is past dawn and we have a meeting in the Grand Hall with the northern Lords, our council and the rest of the Starks. It seems we have a guest who arrived just before dawn."
Daenerys was shocked that Jon allowed her to sleep this long, in fact she hadn't felt him return when he went off with Samwell. She figured it was because she was exhausted from traveling to Winterfell. Daenerys was sure this meeting was because of the new information Jon's brother gave last night about the army of the dead.

"Let's get my hair and wardrobe done so I may go to the meeting, I'm curious as to what new information and guest we have." Her friend nodded and they both exited Jon's chamber to the one she was supposed to occupy. All of her things were in the chamber just down the hall from Jon's.

Missandei braided half of her silver hair and the rest cascaded in loose curls around her face and down her back. While Missandei concluded with her intricate hair style she also finished some of the warm food that was sent to her chamber. Daenerys wore a deep grey coat with rubies sewn into the shoulders. Missandei then rubbed lavender oil in her hair.
"All finished my queen."
"Thank you Missandei, now come let us go and meet everyone."
They both walked together towards the meeting and Dany was anxious to see her lover. This was the first time in a month that she awoke alone, since that first time Jon had made love to her, they'd shared every morning together. Eating their breakfast, laughing and making love before they met with everyone else on the ship. She wondered why Jon didn't wake her but she didn't want to think something was wrong. Daenerys couldn't help but feel nervous.

Daenerys and Missandei entered the stoney hall, the butterflies in her stomach began to flutter when she saw Jon Snow. Jon was talking privately with Tyrion and his brother Bran off to the side of the large wooden table, where all the leaders sat. He was wearing his usual attire, the same garments that littered the floor of his chamber the night before when she took them off.
'Hmm,' Dany thought, 'So Jon was in his chamber, he had to have been. Why didn't he wake me? Or perhaps he tried but i didn't wake, I have been feeling fatigued lately?'
Walking to her seat she saw Sansa.
"Good day Lady Stark." Dany stopped, greeting her with a smile. Sansa stood up with her unwelcoming face then managed to speak to Dany out of curtesy but obviously not really caring.
"Your Grace, I trust you slept well."
"Yes I did thank you for your hospitality Lady Stark." Knowing Sansa could careless of how she slept Daenerys just went on to her take her seat at the long table.
Daenerys sat down then began to skim the large hall. She saw the northern Lords were glaring at her with their untrustworthy eyes. She even caught little Lyanna Mormont's eyes peering into her soul trying to figure out if she had any cruel intentions. She noticed the group of free folk chatting amongst themselves and every now and then they'd peek her direction. Daenerys could feel the tension but no matter how uncomfortable she felt inside she never allowed her feelings to betray her outwardly. She is a Queen and she refused to show any weakness especially if she felt intimidated.

"Your Grace, are you well?"
Daenerys turned to the familiar voice.
"Ser Jorah," she smiled at her loyal friend, "yes I'm quite well just adjusting to this cold climate is all." She was taken back with how quick she came up with that lie.
Ser Jorah smiled, "Yes the North takes getting used to. I only asked because you look pale You Grace."
Daenerys put on her Queenly facade, "I'm fine but thank you Ser Jorah." After this statement Ser Jorah bowed and walked back to his station by the side of Grey Worm.
