      "Momma why must you go with Papa? Why can't he go to the Iron Islands alone?" Asked little Robb, Daenerys could hardly keep her composure while she wiped the tears from her son's cheek.
"I must go my darling, it's a safety precaution only. Your father and I will return in a few days if all is well. Now I need you to be a good, protective brother. I'm charging you and Ghost to watch over your baby sister." Dany watched her eldest swallow his sadness he looked to the white dire wolf and nodded then straighten his shoulders, "Yes Mama, we promise to take care of Rhayanna." Dany glanced at Jon, who had his princess asleep in his arms. He was nuzzled between her silver hair, cheeks and neck, taking in her baby scent. Jon had tears in his eyes and kissed Rhayanna on both of her pink cheeks. Dany always melted at how much Jon adored their little girl. When Rhayanna was born Jon tended to her every need and desire, to this day his little princess has him wrapped around her tiny finger.
    Dany watched Jon place their sleeping baby back into her small bed. He wiped his tears away and walked over to she and their son. She listened to what her husband was going to say. "Robb my son, your mother and I will be gone for a short time. Within that time please be on your best behavior. Always remember that the way you behave is a reflection of your mother and I. You're the crown Prince, you're duty is to attend your lessons, respect your elders and watch over your sister. I know you will make us proud. If you need to send word to us have Sam send a raven. I love you so much and I will miss you and Rhayanna more than I can ever express. But as it pains me I remember the duty we have for our people, you will understand that one day my son, for now do as your told."
  Dany could tell that Jon felt as she did, they were both hesitant on leaving their children for a time. But as he stated it is their duty as rulers to protect their children and the people from usurpers and their schemes.
  Jon bent down on one knee and stretched his arms, little Robb flung himself into his embrace. Dany watched them both tear up, she began to cry as well when she turned to make her way to her daughter. She sat on her little bed and leaned over and hugged her baby girl. "I love you my darling girl. I will miss you so much. Please don't forget my face my baby." Dany sniffed as she sat up stroking her baby girl's curly silver hair. While she twisted a curl in her finger she felt Jon grab her shoulders. Dany looked up at him with her eyes full of tears and a blotchy pink face. Little Robb was next to his father wiping his tears away.
  "Come my love we must go now if we wish to reach the Iron Islands by morning." Jon said while he massaged her shoulders gently. Dany rose off the bed and grabbed Robb's hand, he looked up at her and smiled. "We will be fine Mama, I promise. I will pray everyday to the old gods and the new for both of you to return back to us safely." Dany watched Jon ruffle Robb's curly hair with his hand at his kind statement. Dany just shook her head she had a lump in her throat from having to say good bye to them. Both she and Jon led Robb to his chamber and tucked him in. Ghost laid on the floor beside the young prince and Jon ruffled his white fur on their way out. "Good boy Ghost  please protect our children." Jon said and the large wolf huffed in understanding.
  Daenerys and Jon exited their son's chamber hand in hand. She felt Jon give her hand a squeeze she glanced up at him and he was looking down to her smiling but with sad eyes.
  "I don't know how we are going to get through this distance between our family but we need to make sure we come back Dany." Jon said trying to hold back his tears. Daenerys was taken off guard by his statement, "Of course we are coming back. It isn't even an option so don't start doubting Jon. We promised our children we'd come back and I intend to keep my promise. We are going to put a stop to this person before she reaches our family so we need to focus and get it done, with fire and blood." Jon wiped his eyes and shook off his sad demeanor, he cleared his throat, "Yes with fire and blood my Queen."
   When they came to the courtyard of the Keep Ser Jorah was waiting along with Missandei, Sam and Grey Worm. Daenerys stopped in front of Ser Jorah, they embraced for a time.
  "Protect my little dragons Ser Jorah." Pleaded Dany. Jorah lifted his calloused hand and placed it on her jaw while he wiped a stray tear with his thumb. "I will protect them with my life Khaleesi, you have my word. I'll see you both on your return." Dany smiled then nodded in understanding. She knew Jorah would never fail her, he adored those children as his own. It eased her state of mind knowing that her bear would look after them. Jon smiled at Jorah also then he walked over to Sam. Dany grabbed her best friend and embraced her tightly. Missandei returned the loving gesture, they had a bond that would never be broken. Both of them grew up alone being abused, now here they are sisters until death parts them. "Be careful Dany and come home safely. I'll miss you very much my sister." Said Missandei with tears streaming down her face. Dany was crying too, "I will try my best to come back quickly Missy. I'm so blessed to have you as my sister, as a part of my family. Please look after my children make sure Robb doesn't skip anymore lessons." Missandei chuckled, "I'll be sure to keep him in check as I have you all these years. He's so much like you Dany and like you he's strong. But don't worry about a thing just stay alert and make sure you and Jon come home, together. If I hear any news I will send a raven." Dany wiped her tears and smiled, "Thank you Missy." They embraced once more and then she made her way to Jon. He was speaking to his best friend Sam.
    "Are you ready Jon?"
Jon nodded, "Yes my Queen, let go to the dragon pit. It's time to go, the hour is late."
Jon grabbed her hand and kissed it then turned to Samwell she listened to what Jon had to say. "Sam make sure you inform me when you hear anything back from Lord Tyrion. I need to make sure his ship isn't ambushed." Sam nodded, "Yes I will send word once I get confirmation Your Grace."
"Very well, farewell my friends we shall see you all again upon our return. Watch our children and keep each other safe as well. I will send a raven once we land in the Iron Islands."
Dany watched their friends wave at them as they made their way to the dragon pit.
