Jon

This whole week Dany has been behaving strangely. She's extremely jumpy and can't seem to sleep because of her nightmares. I took the last nightmare of hers to lightly that I wanted to take this one very seriously. However, she refused to tell me anything about it. This had me very concerned because she always told me what was wrong. Tomorrow we depart for the far north, to the land of the free folk, and I was anticipating it because I wanted to find out what these ice spiders were all about and who sent them. I hadn't told Dany anything on these matters because I didn't want to worry her and it also helped incase I had to go and investigate.

I walked down the corridor and came across into Missandei. She gave me a simple bow of her head then continued on her way.

"Missandei?"
She turned around to the sound of my voice and then stopped.

"Yes Your Grace?" She said meekly with furrowed brows.

"I'm concerned for my wife. Has she spoken to you about any nightmares? She's had them since last week, the day after Ashara was executed."

I watched Missandei's countenance, she seemed puzzled as if she hadn't heard of any bad dreams.

"No Your Grace I'm sorry but she hasn't mentioned anything to me. Which is strange, perhaps she will before you depart tomorrow."

I just grinned nicely.

"It's fine maybe I'll discover what's wrong tonight when I ask her again. Thank you Missandei, carry on."

She bowed and then walked away. I continued my way towards the training yard. I needed to blow off steam and the only way to do it was to swing my sword and hit something. At least I could control that outcome.

Daenerys

I watched Jon from the balcony, he swung his sword hard, it frightened me. He almost hurt his sparing partner more than once. He seemed focused yet distracted and full of aggression. I walked away from the view and went back to my wardrobe to gather warmer clothing for the North. It was soon to be summer, though that meant nothing because Jon often said growing up in Winterfell there were occasionally winter snows. It had been a while since we have had alone time. I would miss the children but I was happy for quality time with Jon.

"Daenerys?"

I turned around as my thoughts were interrupted. It was Missandei, my dearest friend, she had a look of confusion about her.

"Yes Missy? What's the matter?" I asked now full of concern.

She shook her head and sat on at the small table in my chambers. I followed after her eager for information as to why her demeanor wasn't as cheerful as usual.

"Come now Missy, what's the matter?"

She hesitated then answered.
"The king asked if I knew why you have been so different or distracted lately. I hadn't noticed and I feel like a horrible friend, I should've noticed something. So tell me Daenerys what's going on? The king says your distracted because of a dream? What dream and why haven't you spoken to me about it?"

I sat back as I felt the cold shiver run down my spine just thinking about that ice shard plunging into my chest. I shuddered at the all too real sensation. I could hear the whisper of the voice in my ears. I felt as if I was a statue sitting their lost in my own mind when Missy's voice broke the long silence.

"Daenerys whatever the dream is I can tell it has affected you tremendously. Look at you, you're positively ghastly." She came an knelt by my side and grasped both my hands in her warm olive tone ones. Her warmth felt nice against my ice cold hands.
