"Are you sure about this?" Hanna asked as she was packing her bag for what felt like the hundredth time in the last few months. She was looking at her best friend who was laying on her bed hugging a pillow to her chest.
"I'm positive. I just have this feeling, we need to go back." Renee said from the corner of the room, her powers had been coming through lately, she's been having premonitions and weird dreams that she doesn't like the feeling of.
"Kels, get up and pack your bag, would you? You can't just lay there forever." Hanna sighed now growing tired of Kelsey staring off into space. She had finally told Dylan about him being her mate, he might have freaked out for a split second. He went and stayed with Posey for a couple of days and it's been eating at Kelsey, everything had been going really well between them.
"He doesn't want me and I don't know what to do about it." Kelsey sobbed.
"You don't know that. It's hard to wrap your head around something like that." Hanna sighed sitting on the edge of the bed next to her friend.
"That's easy for you to say, your mate wanted you before you knew you wanted him." Kelsey scuffed.
"I didn't know that I was a freaking werewolf then, I didn't know what it meant to have a mate. Just give him some time, he'll understand. Now we need to get moving because if Renee's dreams are real we need to move." Hanna stood back up and continued to pack her bag. There was knock on the door of the flat causing her to groan she didn't need visitors right now.
She walked to the door opening it without trying to figure out who it was, she came face to face with Holland and Crystal who had suitcases next to them. "Uh, hey girls, what's up?" She questioned letting them in.
"Renee called and well, I've been having weird dreams like hers so here we are ready to follow," Holland said with a signature smile.
"Wait, wait, wait. Had anyone told anyone about this? Like I don't know, Posey? You know our Alpha?" Hanna asked knowing that this wasn't going to end well if someone took this all the wrong way.
"No, we figured that you're an Alpha as well so it's not that big of a deal. We'll just say it's a vacation until something happens. We're just going on suspension." Crystal explained.
"Girls, that doesn't work. Anyone could take this wrong and there could ba war. He was your Alpha before I came into the picture." Hanna sighed pacing the room.
"It's not like if something did happen that most of the pack wouldn't follow you. They have trust in you. Just because you're new to the whole True Alpha Werewolf thing doesn't mean that you weren't made for this. You're wat more prepared than Tyler ever was." Holland scuffed.
"Yes I know, the True Alpha with a performance issue, I've heard about it." Hanna shook her head. "Girl, you don't understand, I don't want to be the alpha. I have no right too it. We're just going to do some investigating and help Kelsey get her mind off of Dylan for a little while." Hanna finally ended the Alpha conversation getting back to the point.
"What happened with Kelsey and Dylan? They were doing great," Crystal asked becoming concerned.
"She told him that she was her mate and well he kind of freaked out a little and went and stayed with Posey for a couple of days," Hanna said giving them the short version.
"See, we'll just call it a vacation!" Holland cheered before going down the hall with Crystal following to find Renee and Kelsey.
"Call what a vacation?" That right there was the voice she didn't want to hear right now. "What's going on Hanna?" She turned to find red eyes staring back at her, she flashed hers back showing that he wasn't going to push her around.
