"She'll be an amazing leader one day."

"I believe that too, but that day is coming sooner than we expected it too."

"Yes, but she's ready."

"Hardly, she still knows nothing about our world. She knows nothing about the Supernatural yet, we've prepared her for everything but that. How do you tell a teenager that all of her nightmares are real? But even though they're real she's perfectly capable of protecting herself. How do you tell someone that?"

"Also that she could possibly be one of those nightmares. Don't forget the part where she's supposed to be a legacy child. Oh and that her best friends are both supernatural creatures as well, hell her best friend even tried to kill her once. Hard to leave those out too."

"Shut up Jensen. You aren't making this easier."

"If you want easy I'll march in there right now and tell her."

"No. I'll tell her, I just need more time."

"We don't have more time old man. That's the opposite of what we have."

"I know. Just, if something happens and I don't get the chance, I want Dylan to look after her, he can handle it. You two will look over her, keep an eye on her from a distance. I want to keep this from her, but she does need to know."

"You're leaving the kid to look after her? You have to be kidding! He'll get them both killed!"

"They're the perfect team. Dylan is the problem solver he's not as useless as you two believe him to be. Hanna will keep them alive no matter what. I've trained them both that well."

"Fine, but I will step in as soon as I think something is going to happen."

"And I trust you to do that Jensen. Jared make sure he doesn't go overboard."

Supernatural, legacy child, nightmares being real, this all made a 16-year-old Hanna feel numb. She leaned against the wall outside of her father office trying to stay quiet, what were they talking about? It was obvious that they were talking about her, but the rest of it made no sense. She picked herself off of the ground and started running she ran until she found the only person who seemed to never lie to her, her cousin and best friend Dylan.

"Dylan! Dylan!" She shouted rounding the corner into the hallway that held his room. Coming to a skidding stop outside of his door she flung it open finding the boy sitting on his bed. "Dylan! I need your help!"

"What's up?" He asked.

"Dad and everyone they're talking nonsense in the office!" She exclaimed sitting on the bed with him.

"What do you mean?"

"They were saying crazy stuff about like the supernatural, me and you, everyone! They're just kidding right?"

"Well seeing as I don't know what they were saying, I wouldn't know. I'm sure you heard them wrong, don't worry about it okay? If it bothers you that much we'll talk to your dad together, sounds good?"

"I-I guess. Maybe I did hear them wrong."

"See, now let's take a nap we were up pretty late last night."

"Yeah, a nap sounds great."
