The Proposal

I slowly put the big top on the floor on my body. The lights are dim,the bed is messy. Ni hindi ko alam kung sino ang katabi ko pag gising ko. I just woke up and I'm in someone else's room,naked.

I felt sore all over but I didn't mind. I just want to go and deal with it at home. My mind is haywire. Huminga ako ng malalim at sinuot ang aking panty at ang skirt at saka lumabas ng condo unit ng kung sino man.

Dali dali akong umuwi at naligo. Halos iumpog ko ang ulo ko sa pader dahil hindi ko maalala ang nangyare kagabe. It's just that...I'm really wasted and we played and i lost that's why i had to do the dare. Parang pinag halo halo sa utak ko lahat. Ang dami. Hindi ko maalala.

"Where have you been last night? I was searching for you" He asked. He placed the bouquet of flowers on the table and walked his way to me.

I couldn't answer.

If that's what he's doing,and I'm despising it,what's our difference?

"Ano bang pakiealam mo,Anton? Why don't you hoard girls right now and stop messing with me. Can't you understand? We're done. Tapos na tayo. Break na tayo. Alin ba roon ang hindi mo maintindihan?" I asked,fuming mad.

I am really stressed at dadagdag pa talaga itong si Anton. We're already done,why can't he understand that I won't tolerate cheating? I will never give chances on someone who has no intentions of changing.

"But you know that i want you back,Aurora. Please...just this time. Give me another chance" He begged, he sat next to me kaya tumayo ako.

I didn't even want to see him kung lang dahil sa mga utos ni dad ay matagal ko na itong itinaboy.

"Chance to deny even if you're already caught on act? No way,Anton. Go find a girl who wants to listen on your shits." I fisted my hands "Just put the documents on my table and get out before i do it myself"

Dumiretso ako sa aking kwarto at ininda ang sakit sa aking hita. I swear,his face is blurry. Ngunit kapag naaalala ko ang bawat nangyare kagabe,halos magsiliparan ang mga paro-paro saaking tyan at ayaw akong patahimikin.

When i heard the door closed,saka lamang ako lumabas dahil wala na si Anton. I didn't want to see him. Naalala ko lamang ang lahat ng panlolokong ginawa niya saakin. That's what i hate the most. Cheating assholes.

After eating,i send the documents to dad and asked if he can cut the cords between me and anton,but unfortunately,he can't....for now. They still need each other for business.

I waited for hours and I'm bombarded with texts messages from my friends. I went missing last night and i know it. I didn't reply and just changed my clothes para mag jog. Gusto ko talagang malibang kaysa maalala ang nangyare kagabe. It's poisonous.

Ginusto ko rin naman. I knew he's banging me,but i didn't protest. I'm really crazy.

"Baliw ka talaga,Aurora Felice!" I grunted at saka napag desisyonang lumabas na.

Kanina pang tumutunog ang telepono ko ngunit hindi ko iyon pinansin dahil alam kong si anton lamang iyon at nangungulit. He's been like that since we broke up. Gusto niyang mag explain but I didn't let him. He's caught on act yet gusto niya pang ideny? What does he think of me? Like i was born yesterday to believe in his excuses? Hell no.

Nang mapadaan ako sa lobby ay tinawag ako ng isa sa mga staffs,saying na may naghahanap daw saakin.

Pinatay ko muna ang aking telepono,umaasang mamamatay din ang kung sino mang tumatawag at nagtetext saakin. Ginaya ako ng staff sa mismong lobby at naroon ang manager.
