"Oh no no no." That was the only thing that i could utter "What..why? Marie" tahimik si marie.

Hindi ko siya matingnan. Tanging kay marie ang atensyon ko. Napakatahimik ng unit. Palakas ng palakas ang tibok ng puso ko sa bawat nangyayare. Gusto kong tumayo at kuhanin ang anak ko. This can't be.

"Aurora...hear us out" marie said at saka iniharap saakin si Yael.

"Mmmm" kagat kagat ni yael ang kaniyang mumunting kamay ngayon.

Si sancho naman at yael ay nasa salas at nanonood mg cartoons.

"It's the right to do. Ako lang itong pilit tinatago si yael." Bumintong hininga ako.

"Kahit anong tago mo,Aurora. He'll find you and his son. Mahal ka niya. Lalo pa pag nalaman niyang may anak kayo"

Hindi. Hindi niya ako mahal. That's what i know. Kung talagang mahal niya ako...bakit hindi siya sumunod dito? Kung gayong alam naman niyang nandito ako. And that's not my concern anymore. Anak ko ang iniisip ko.

"That's why we won't tell him. I'm not yet ready,Marie. What if madamay si yael sa galit ng tatay niya? Marie napakasakit sakin kapag ginawa niya yon sa anak namin"

"Hindi ko alam ang buong kwento,Aurora. But I'm not blind not to see how much you mean the world to him. I can see it in his eyes. Sabihin na nating he planned to get even,pero kailan mo naramdaman yung paghihiganti niya? All i can see is how he's madly in love with you. If that's the revenge you're talking about then you're lucky"

But he never told me he love me. He just asked me if I'm ready. Pero hindi niya sinabing mahal niya ako. Hindi ko narinig sa kaniya ang mga salitang iyon.

"No,Marie. That's exactly the plan. Make me fall for him then hurt me. Kahit ako napaniwalang mahal niya ako. But then,noong huli napagtanto kong napakagaling niyang umarte" I chuckled and smiled bitterly while telling marie how luis made me fall for him. How his plan worked out.

"Then don't take yael away from his father. Karapatan niyang makilala si yael. Hindi ba at ganoon ang sinabi mo kay sofia? Then apply it on your situation right now" she stopped and patted my shoulder "Just do it for Yael. He deserves the best"

Tumango ako at tinext si lucas na dito na kami matutulog ni Yael. Sancho asked kung pwede niya pang makasama si yael. Who am i to say no? Ilang taon ang pinagkait ko sa kanila. Walang wala pa ang sorry na kabayaran sa pagtago kay yael.

"When are you going to tell luis?" He said patting yael's head. He's sleeping soundly at kamukang kamuka niya lalo ang tatay niya habang lumalaki siya.

"Just give me time." I said.

"He's got everything from Luis. Ganitong ganito ang itsura niya sa mga baby picture niya. No wonder why I easily knew that this is my niece" tumawa siya ng mahina at tumagilid si yael para yakapin ako. Inalis ko ang dede sa bibig niya dahil nakatulog na nga siya.

"How's luis?" I asked. I can't stop myself to ask. Dahil hanggang doon lamang ako. Magtanong kung kamusta siya. Dahil hindi na kami lalampas doon. Hindi na ulit. Because the last time that we tried,we almost burned.

"He's fine. Although he never mentioned you since you left. Ni pangalan mo o nangyari sainyo ay wala siyang nababanggit. You turned him into a stone,Aurora"

"I'm sorry" ayon lamang ang nasabi ko at tumango siya.

"I want to thank you for giving birth to my niece. Paniguradong matutuwa si luis kapag nakita niya ang anak niya"

Ngumiti ako. Sana nga. Dahil hindi kakayanin ng puso ko na makitang umiiyak ang anak ko dahil hindi siya matanggap mg tatay niya.

"Anyway,this isn't important but i just want to tell you that arianne is the one who stole the documents of your father. She's the one who send you the pictures of luis and her talking. She's the one who sends information to anton about your arrangement."

I fisted my hands.

"And when luis knew? He got arianne in jail. Impromptu." Then finally closed the door and left me in awe.
