TAEHYUNG HAD BEEN seeing Jungkook for as long as he had been released. They had slowly been resurrecting the friendship that stood on thin ice, but even then Taehyung knew that whatever they were, things would never be as they used to.

One normal day, he went to visit Jungkook just as he had always done.

"Hey, " he said when he opened Jungkook's door.

Jungkook looked at him, sprawled on his bed watching T.V. "Hey."

Taehyung crawled onto the mattress and relaxed at his side, resting his head on his chest. He chose to neglect the younger boy tensing under him.

Hello Counselor played on the screen and they watched silently for the next hour.

Taehyung sat up when another program started. "Man that was dramatic," this said in an attempt to make small talk.

"Mhm," Jungkook said absentmindedly, sitting up.

Taehyung bit his lip as he considered his next move. He watched as Jungkook flipped through the programs, but paying attention to what they were going to watch next was the last thought on his mind.

In a spur of the moment, he threw himself on Jungkook and locked their lips. Immediately, he was thrown off and they locked eyes. Jungkook regarded Taehyung as if he had struck him in the face. His dark eyes went wide, mouth agape as if he was going to retort something. To Taehyung's relief, the words died in his throat.

They stared for a moment.

And then they kissed once again. This time, hungrily.

They became a heaping mess of lips and tongues, hands swimming under clothes. Both doffed their shirts.

And soon enough Taehyung found himself on his back, Jungkook trailing kisses from his jaw to his neck. He closed his eyes, surprised at how breathless he was. He felt tingly as the kisses traveled further down his torso. Then he heard the sound of an unbuckling belt and realized it was his own. With eagerness, he helped Jungkook take off his pants and then returned the gesture.

Now they were in nothing but boxers, phalluses peeking out from under the fabric, and an overwhelming lust possessing the moment.

Lust grew stronger. It took off their underwear and combined them into one body. Taehyung could no longer feel anything, no longer care about anything. Pleasure was all he could identify.

He woke up, fortunately, to a warm body beside him. The side of his face was pressed against his chest.

Jungkook was already awake, staring at the ceiling.

Taehyung looked up at him. "Hey."

"Hey," he replied curtly.

Taehyung was expecting at least a smile. "Is everything okay?"

"I don't know," he said.

"What do you mean?" he asked. "Was I bad?"

"No. No, that's not it." His tone was more reassuring this time. "In fact it was. . . Really good."

Taehyung couldn't help but smile a bit. "Oh. Then I don't understand."

Jungkook sat up and Taehyung followed his gesture. "I don't know if what we did was bad."

"Jungkook. . .," was all the elder could manage.

"Maybe this was a mistake."

Taehyung could feel him slowly and steadily tearing his heart in half. "How could you say that?"

Jungkook only stared at the sheets.

Tears formed in Taehyung's eyes. "We just had sex. We kissed, Jungkook. Please. What did I do wrong?"

"It's nothing you did wrong. Just give me space."

At that he hardened like dried out clay. "May God help you, Jungkook. Because I don't think anyone else can."

He quickly dressed and fled from the room. To his surprise Namjoon and Jin were standing in the doorway.

"Taehyung," Jin said in surprise. "Taehyung are you—?"

He hurried out.

Before Taehyung could knock on Yoongi's door, shouting bled through its wooden material.

He bit his lip and rested an ear against it.

"Don't shit with me, Yoongi!" It was Geong Min's voice. "I know you like him!"

"He's just hanging until he finds a place! God, you're a fucking control freak!"

"I'm a control freak, Mr. OCD?!"

A hard thump sent a startled jolt through Taehyung's body.

Geong Min yelled, "So now you're punching the wall? Real nice! Have fun breaking your hand!"

Footsteps drew closer to the door and Taehyung was quick to jump back. Geong Min swung the door open.

Her face was flushed, face red as a tomato. The usually tamed raven black hair that was always tucked nearly behind her ear now hung like vines over her face. She met eyes with Taehyung, a dark look of rage so intense he had to lower his gaze. From his peripheral vision he could see her dirty white sneakers stomp away, her school uniform still on.

He took a deep breath before entering the apartment.

Yoongi was sitting on the couch with his head hung and a cigarette in between his fingers.

"Hyung." He cleared his throat in an attempt to rid of the gurgling, wavering voice that was a result of his crying.

"Not now, Taehyung," he said quietly.

Taehyung swallowed his emotions down. "Where's Hoseok?"

"Out."

"Ah." He nodded, afraid to press further.

Geong Min and Yoongi had began dating a few months ago. They had a good run for about a month. In that month, Taehyung had also grown not only close, but fond of his senior. But then Hoseok, in a desperate need of a place to stay after their break up, asked Yoongi if he could crash with him until he got back on his feet. With little consideration, he welcomed him and the two bonded almost immediately. So much so, that even Taehyung had wondered if they were having an affair.

Unlike him, Geong Min was not quiet of her suspicions. The jealousy, the affair in her mind began driving her into questioning Yoongi's loyalty more and more. And with Yoongi being short tempered, things escalated quickly, but he never gave in. The tension continued and Tae suspects they are at the end of their relationship.

"You do look pretty upset," said Yoongi, finally really looking at him and patted the empty space beside him on the couch.

Tae carefully sat and explained how he'd been visiting Jungkook, how they kissed, made love, and how Jungkook broke his heart.

"I just... I don't understand," Taehyung vented.

Yoongi played with his skull ring. "He's got issues. You should've just left him alone."

Taehyung looked down at his lap, mentally and begrudgingly agreeing with that.

"But," he added, "it doesn't give him the right to be an ass. And if he wants to drown in his self pity then let him. People who are broken will try to break you too. And they don't always know they're doing it."

"Can you relate?" Taehyung asked.

He took Yoongi's silence as a yes.
