Ugh. My head hurts, is it morning already? I feel tired and I have nothing to do so I might as well sleep while I can in this place, the beds at the inn were okay, but the beds here are comfy, too comfy...

I lean back and my hand got something... What is this? I squeezed it gently. It was soft, what is with this soft sensation? I squeezed it again and heard a faint moan near me... What is this? I don't know this feeling...

I heard a creak from I think is the door, I didn't move an inch, and my hand was still in this soft place... I heard footsteps heading towards the direction of the bed.

A sudden shout startled Diana and me "What are you two doing?!" It was a familiar voice, almost like the clerk's voice.

I suddenly opened my eyes, it was the clerk. She sort of looked irritated, I looked confused and she pointed at my hands. I look over Diana where my hands were, and fuck, my hand was grabbing her chest, and she was the one who moaned when I squeezed it. I didn't realize it up till now but damn that's how it feels to grab a woman's chest.

I suddenly removed my hand from her chest and leaned backward which leaded me thumping the wall behind me near the window.

"T-This is a misunderstanding!" I quickly said.

"What kind of indecent things are you doing this early in the morning Shane?! I came to check up on you and I see you here sleeping with Diana?!" Oh god, she was furious... She was mad, I didn't think the guild clerk can be this violently furious...

"Like I said this is a misunderstanding!" But unfortunately for me... Dazel woke up and released a giant yawn and stretching her arms, definitely that will attract the clerk's attention. I am totally screwed from here on out...

"Yaaaaawn... Is it morning already?" Dazel woke up and scratched her eyes, and stretching her arms... The clerk looked towards her and was completely shocked...

"W-What are you doing here? Demon Lord Dazel?!" She collapsed to the ground due to shock while pointing at Dazel...

"Hmm? Another human?"

The clerk looked at me slowly, in a shocked face she asked "W-What is the meaning of this Shane?"

"This is... Um..."

Diana woke up and sat up, she stretched her arms as well, as she opens her eyes "S-Sylvie? What are you doing here?"

Now that I think about it, I didn't know what the clerk's name is, Sylvie? Is that really her?

"S-Sylvie?" I mumbled.

Diana heard me "Shane, I know you didn't know, but her name is Sylvie by the way."

"O-Okay... Sorry for not calling you by your name... S-Sylvie..."

'U-Um, it's okay Shane, I didn't even introduce myself in the first place..."

"Why do you look so surprised Sylvie?"

"Um... Diana, can you explain what a demon lord is doing here." She pointed at Dazel, Dazel was confused but she didn't cared.

"Hi! I'm here to hang out with Shane human." She smiled in a childish manner and sort of a friendly way at Dazel with her fangs sticking out.

"Sylvie..." Sylvie introduced herself to Dazel too. Now that I think about it, she hasn't been introduced to Diana either. I elbow Diana softly for her to notice me, I gestured at her to do the same also, she refused at first and then I gave her glare, she felt pissed and I know she's saying "Ugh fine!" in her mind.

She faked a smile and said "Oh! I haven't introduced myself either... Hi Dazel, I'm Diana!"

"Nice to meet the both of you humans- er Sylvie and Diana, I am quite pleased." She grinned and nodded.

They've introduced their selves but I am quite anxious of what Sylvie is thinking now... After a while, we cleaned ourselves up and tidied the room up and had a short meeting in the room that Sylvie requested.

"Now Shane, can you please explain what this demon lord is doing here after she almost destroyed half of our town?"

"Well you see..." It was about a while after I explained everything to her, from why she is here, what caused her to be suspended as a demon lord and many more regarding Dazel's stay...

"You're telling me, she got suspended as a demon lord for almost destroying our city because it was not ordered to her by the Demon King?"

"Exactly." I replied.

"Now that I think about it. I thought the Demon King allowed destruction of towns anytime, but he may be somewhat following some sort of law..."

She's right... Diana has been suspended for three times this month now, the Demon King didn't even consider it even it could benefit them, I thought the Demon King wanted to destroy every single strand of human life in this world but no, what does that Demon King have in his mind?

I want to ask Dazel but I think it's too risky and she even not say even a single word to us.

"So Dazel, why is the Demon King suspending you just because you're destroying towns, doesn't that benefit you?"

SYLVIE WHAT ARE YOU DOING.

"Well, the Demon King doesn't say anything, but the other demon lords were having a talk and I overheard about this prophecy the Demon King received and said that we demon lords aren't allowed to destroy the small towns in which the Demon King might use them in the war..."

Oh would you look at that, she didn't even hesitate to say a word. I felt somewhat relieved for some reason.

"That's all you know?"

"Apparently yes, I don't attend the meetings very often so I am clueless when it comes to the Demon King's plans..."

What a useless demon lord this is, we can't even get basic information about the Demon King's plans. Sigh. What can be her purpose besides being superbly strong?

"So why did you choose to hang out here? Is there a specific reason?"

"I can't tell you that! Bleh!" She stuck her tongue out and refused to say anything now.

She tells us about what might be the Demon King's plans and she refuses to tell anything about herself? I guess it is personal so that might be all right. But she did say she was bored so she hung out with me, why not she tell her that?

"Sheesh you really are a child."

"What did you say?" She turned angry and summoned a circle of dark flames around here.

"She was just joking Dazel, please calm down, okay?" I quickly added to avoid the inn or even the town being destroyed. The circle of dark flames around her disappeared as she calmed down.

Sylvie was startled but she returned back to her calm self "Well then, didn't you say she had an alias for the mean time?"

"Yes, it's Diamond." Diana replied.

"Why not sign her up for the guild while she's here? She can be registered as Diamond, I'll do the adjustments to the crystal."

"That sounds like a great idea! What do you say Dazel? I mean Diamond?" I said.

"Uh huh, that sounds fun! I'm in!" She looked so excited.

"It's settled then, let's go to the guild and get you registered Diamond."

"Yeah!" The three of us shouted joyfully.

We decided to go to the guild house but we heard a massive roar from the forest, the forest was far away from the inn we were staying at so it must be a massive beast to give out a roar that loud. As I looked through the window, the birds were scattering away from the forest, something is definitely there.

"What was that?" I said.

"I don't know, should we check it out?" Sylvie eagerly said.

"Let's go and check out what beast has created such a devastating roar." I replied
